After the recruitment consultant said he would not progress with my Aerospace Engineer Application AIRBUS through another agency gave me a face to face interview proving that Jonathan Lee bins and trashes applications without even reading them

Get contacted via WhatsApp, one phone call, emailed about interview, then they had to change day, so sent email to say happy with date change, no response back to confirm interview of where or when. On the day of interview I had said I could do after change no response to messages, phone calls or anything else. Genuinely not even convinced these guys are even a real agency.

Awful. Spoke to Adam. Really pulled me to pieces over my CV. This is potentially a very damaging thing to do. If you do not approve of someone's CV then please do not persue candidate. This kind of bullying went out with the ark. Do please respect those who have needed to work to make ends meet but by the same token moved on when appropriate. I was accused of giving up jobs in a short space of time.
Like most agencies these people are self entitled and vile.
No doubt, gaslighting apologies will follow.
