I can't even review the food. I ordered just after 6pm in the Leicester Square branch on a Wednesday evening. 30 minutes later and I hadn't even got my food. I ordered the Jollibee Bestseller Solo Meal Deal. People who ordered way after me had got their food...no exaggeration but someone who ordered 30+ places after me had received their food in the time I was waiting. Yes the store was super busy and it was my first time going to Jollibee. But to not produce food in the order of the tickets processed through...Now that's just LUDICROUS!!! I had to get a refund as I had an event to go to. The generic apology accepted and refund received next day. I'll try again at some point, but until then... KMTTT

Best chicken I have eaten. The quality and taste is way ahead of KFC or Popeye.
I chose the spicy coating which is quite amazing.
All finished with there wonderful Mango pie.
I recommend anyone go to Jollibee and taste it for yourself. I had never heard of them until my friend took me.
I doubt I will go to the others again.
One last thing, the chichen portions are huge compared to the others.

Went into shop in sauchiehall street Glasgow for some thing to eat got my meal and went to sit down but every table wasn’t cleared so asked at counter to clear table but was informed go upstairs very rudely so I complained found a seat at corner someone went out cleared tables but never washed them which I thought was ridiculous and unhygienic so after my meal which was cold by the time I found a seat but even when I was leaving I took pictures of tables still dirty and sent them to the company and nothing done about it it’s disgusting and unhygienic to eat in this way

After a long day in London we wanted a quick dinner in Leicester Square. Food was incorrect and cold as not kept under the heater. Chicken was poor quality and mainly bones. Staff was rude when dealing with our complaints. Not what I expect when I spend over £40 to a global company.

It was so so good in the past when only earl's court branch operated. Since they rushed to open so many others, the quality went down so much. I've heard from the staff, they are paid less then by competitors, so obviously why would the make the effort to do things properly. The customer service also became bad. The waiting time is so long even though the store is not busy. I got less sauce for loaded fries in Leicester Square store then in earl's court and that is the most important for that food

Food is amazing, staff are lovely although staff seem a little overwhelmed with how busy the shop is, think they need some experienced employees helping out to ensure Staff are well supported in the early stages of the shop opening

Jollibee Edinburgh. Food is great there’s no doubt. Problem is the service.. I was waiting for my number to be called and when it did, the male standing on the counter didnt bother to help me or at least ask if i wanted to help as I have ordered a lot. Then when me and my family started checking our orders downstairs, multiple items missing. I have to go up and explain that it is missing a lot of things and again the male didnt bother to help. His face shows that he dont like to work at all, not smiling. Very far from what a real jollibee customer service is. I hope they will improve this in the future.
