Chicken is so small
I love Jollibee’s flavor, but lately the chicken pieces feel like they’re on a diet. Crispy, yes. Juicy, yes. But so small you’ll need two orders just to feel full.

First time trying Jollibees and I won't go back for the shear fact that they charge 10 cents for a bag which isn't disclosed. Ordered the side of spaghetti and a deluxe chicken sandwich. The portion of the spaghetti was small and taste like chefboyardee. Chicken sandwich is pretty good.

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I am writing once again to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding my unresolved order (Order No. JB-00171412), placed on June 6, 2024, at 7:39 PM through the Jollibee mobile app.
As of today, Friday, June 20, it has now been two full weeks, and I still have not received any resolution, update, or meaningful communication from your team or the Jollibee Gatuslao-Burgos, Bacolod branch.
On June 10, I was informed that the issue had been “escalated to the store,” yet no action has been taken. I have followed up multiple times through email and even contacted your official Facebook page, but the only response I received was this generic message:
“Hi, Kent. Upon checking, your concern was already filed with (T-280323). Rest assured that your concern was already forwarded to the team responsible, and is now doing their best to resolve the issue. Further updates and follow-ups on your concern will come from our Customer Care Team through the e-mail address that you had shared. Thank you.”
Unfortunately, this response offered no clear resolution or sign that the issue is truly being taken seriously.
Let me reiterate: I paid ₱510.43 for this order, and it was never delivered. I reported the issue on June 7, a day after the order was placed. Since then, I’ve received no action from the branch or your team, despite reasonable follow-up and patience. I even accounted for possible food prep and rider delays — but even hours later, no food, no call, no solution.
We had elderly family members waiting for dinner that evening, and because of this failure, we were forced to place a second food order via Foodpanda at around 11:00 PM just to eat. This caused significant stress, emotional frustration, and inconvenience.
I left a Google review in hopes of being noticed — not to shame your brand, but to highlight the unacceptable treatment I’ve received. Still, nothing has changed. Now, I am also leaving a review on Trustpilot to ensure that this incident is properly documented and that other consumers are aware of the branch’s failure to fulfill its responsibility to its customers.
Under Republic Act No. 7394 – The Consumer Act of the Philippines, this issue constitutes a violation of consumer rights:
Article 50 (Deceptive Sales Act or Practice): Payment was accepted without delivery.
Article 52 (Unfair or Unconscionable Sales Act): Your failure to resolve or even acknowledge the issue in a professional and timely manner shows negligence.
With that, I am formally requesting:
A full refund of ₱510.43 for the undelivered order
Appropriate compensation for the stress, inconvenience, and time wasted
A formal explanation of what happened, and what you’re doing to make sure this doesn’t happen to other customers
It should not be the customer’s job to chase you for basic support or accountability. This entire experience reflects extremely unprofessional conduct, and I sincerely hope you act with urgency moving forward.

I ordered from Jollibee, Matina Town Square Davao City Branch at 3:00PM, and now it's already approaching 6PM. I'm so pissed off with the kind of service they provide. The orders are just simple and easy to prepare, yet they failed to deliver it on time. On top of that, the delivery rider is not responding to my call either. The manager named Gold at the Jollibee in Kapolei is absolutely the worst. My grandpa worked there and was treated like shit. Gold wouldn’t even let him take a damn break to eat during long shifts. Who the heck treats their workers like that? It’s not just unprofessional—it’s straight-up disrespectful and toxic. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially someone who shows up and does their job. Gold needs to be reported and replaced!

Hot chocolate wasn't available and instead of contacting me whoever processed the order removed it and as a result I am being charged more. I lost the 80 peso discount promo.
Common sense would have dictated that if you're gonna remove an item from an order resulting in a higher payment you should contact the buyer or replace it and not charge more for less items?
The only reason I ordered was because of your save 80 offer at night then it got disregarded and they just decided to make more money?
I frequently order from grab now I shall never ever use gcash and pay at my door since I had been given 2 options by the rider:
1. To take the order and pay even more for less
2. Not take the food that was already paid for and lose my money and not have anything.
I will complain nonstop till this is listened to and post it all over so people who get scammed like me will also talk. The delivery rider also infuriated me since I saw the notice that my order changed and I replied within 2 minutes. I told him I refuse to pay more for less. It is so easy to just add 1 replacement item similar in price so I did not have to pay more... why charge your customer more if you take out items from the order, your people need a little training. Other places don't do this. Even Burger King and Dominos talked to me, and some mom and pop places.
I had outstanding balance to pay at grab too as a result and I paid them then cancelled my annual membership.

I am truly disheartened and frustrated by my recent experience at Jollibee, and the situation continues to weigh on my mind tonight. Despite my efforts to remain polite and courteous to the cashier, I found myself in a disappointing situation.
When I attempted to pay for my $26 order with a $100 bill, I was informed that the staff had no change available. Instead of assisting me, the manager, John Gray, suggested I go to Walmart for change. This response struck me as not only unprofessional but also quite surprising, especially since even the staff member seemed taken aback by the approach. I feel compelled to express my disappointment in how this situation was handled. It’s disheartening to encounter such a lack of support and understanding as a customer.
I believe this experience will leave a lasting impact on me. I now feel hesitant to pay with cash anywhere because I can still hear his voice. I have never experienced anything like this before, and I work in customer service myself.

I am a PWD and experienced discrimination by their Staff named April. Lured my mom to make new payment for the ice cream when its their fault for taking wrong orders. Didn't issue a receipt and later found out that she took the money but didn't key properly but just give the item instead. Money went missing magically! Managers were not helpful and seems normal when informed about the incident. Service was a disaster!
