Jole's "adventure" started in 1976 when B. Schiavo started his business in the world of Fashion.
At a very young age, he cultivated an interest in new fashion trends. The first store opens, where it offers products from an increasingly sophisticated concept.
In 2006 he inaugurated a new store, where he combines the selections of research brands and luxury brands. The shopping experience does not end at the store.
In 2016, the Jole.it e-commerce is online so as to offer a new tool to customers to consult the catalog of clothing, shoes and accessories.
Online staff propose fashion assistance on request and manage worldwide express shipments.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with jole.it.
I first contacted them on October 19th about a quality issue with shoes I purchased from their website. Despite sending two follow-up emails on October 27th and November 10th, I still haven’t received any response.
If you ever need their customer service, don’t count on it - it doesn't exist.

Arrogant, cheating customer service
Be careful when ordering Jole articles abroad!!
I accidentally placed an order and cancelled the order in the same moment (Wrote the customer service immediately)
A few days later the parcel was sent.
I wrote them again, saying that they should cancel the shipment, as I asked for a cancellation.
The parcel was still being sent and no reply.
Only when I declined the receiving of the order, the customer service got in touch with me and told me that I owe them the shipping fee of 25€.
I argued with them, bc I cancelled the order immediately on their website + sent 2 emails, but they still sent the order against my will.
They argued very unfriendly that the emails landed in their spam (which doesn't matter, bc I also cancelled through their website form) and they are not obliged to check their spam.
Of course I still had to pay the shipping fee bc of their incometency and laziness.
Would never order their again.

Never ever ever buy from this website…
Never ever ever buy from this website it is a lie and a scam I bought a belt and it came that's was supposed to be 5xl but it came as 0xl. Don't believe them and they don't give you a refund and you have to pay 20 pound for à return and if it dosent get sent back then they won't give you a refund
