I really like how the platform searches for jobs that fit with my profile in an automatic way.

Intuitive and friendly UI, makes me want to come back.

It's a great interface, but I never find relevant jobs

I have just started applying directly from here and the experience is great however, my field of study which is International Business is not available and I have yet to hear from any of the jobs I applied for, one of which is Joiners haha but I like the concept and the purpose of Joiners, we need this. Hope I get a job through here.

To directly quote the email post applying “ We receive many applications every day and carefully evaluate each profile. If your application is in line with what we are looking for, we will contact you to continue with the selection process.

Otherwise, you will not receive further communications, as for this specific opportunity we will have chosen to continue with other profiles. However, we invite you to stay updated on our future open positions.”

For a company positioning itself on helping people find jobs this is a very lazy attitude towards the application process. Very disappointing. Using Applying for a job at the company as an excuse to sign you up for their services

The UI of the apps and the website are great to navigate. The suggestions based on experience are also excellent. I also like how easy it to switch languages the information is displayed in.

I like receiving the emails for the matching job openings

Be more clear about which aspects of my profile I need to change to be able to see the jobs page.

I like how it matches my skills and experience to employers that are hiring.

its fast, to the point, and the AI form to read the job descriptions are quite nice, maybe the summary is a bit to tight.
applying to jobs ain't only about the sending the CV, couple extra questions for each specific job you are applying to, maybe a 400 character message as a cover letter for each job. might put the cherry on top.

while being effortless to use, it reduces the anxiety of job search with its fun design, love itt. also instead of roaming through multiple webistes and getting lost in job recs that has nothing to do with what i am looking for this website looks comprehensive of companies which is so valuable. it shows accurate matching jobs instead of creating a recommendation cacaphony.

I really liked the AI touch in job postings. But what I found a bit confusing is that sometimes the default page language is Italian and the site does not give me the option to switch to English upon visiting.
I noticed you use params so keep track of the current language. I have a lot of experience of my own implementing i18n patterns for bilingual website support. If you have a spot for a talented web developer in your team, I would be happy to help improve and take the app's experience to another level.

The initial impression is good; I need more time for a deeper review.
