This company website has been down for months I have sent several emails the first emails was regarding question why it was taking so long for the construction of the website to be completed and the response was “be patient! After waiting, I request to have all my monies (over 3000.00) refunded back to my account and I did receive another email stating it would take some time for the refund to be completed, to this day I have not received any other emails or my money.
If anyone is filing any lawsuits against this company the owner is from Venezuela and I’m not sure if she scam us all but please let us All file a lawsuit so we can get some answers and get our money back, we were definitely scammed and it’s wrong for this to happen, so please anyone who have filed any lawsuits I would like to join in filing also.

In early November I attempted to initiate a transfer of the $1,800 I had saved through my REEL account. It wasn't working and when I reached out to customer service they claimed they were making upgrades to their website and tried asking me to fill out a Google form (?!) and submit a photo of my credit card and ID (!!!!!). When I complained to the customer support rep Yoseline Quinteros about how sketchy that was she said they would put the transfer through without it. After the more than 10 business days they told me to wait, they stopped responding to my (multiple) emails asking for an update. Then, four days later, I received the sketchiest email reply: “Thank you for your inquiry. This email is to acknowledge that we are in receipt of your request for a refund. We apologize for any inconveniences. We are in the process of internal changes and at the moment we cannot process any refunds. We truly appreciate your patience. We expect to have more updates for you in a couple of weeks.”
Um excuse me? I wasn't asking for a refund. I didn't purchase anything. I used their savings account to save $1800 of my money and I want it back. So messed up. Especially because REEL's CEO Daniela Corrente has been on a PR campaign for years with all the feel-good messages about helping people stay out of debt. Such BS.

I was using Reel to help me save to purchase a shirt. I didn't want the shirt anymore and I also needed the money back for an emergency. Over the last two weeks I reached out to them to get my money back. They stated the first time it was going to take a little time because of the banks. And now they are saying they are having internal issues and they can't issue any refunds. I'm highly upset about this and they are basically holding onto my money. I would advise you to just save your money on the bank for any purchases you need rather than use there service.

Also, when I’ve saved the amount to purchase it shows as “done” but it’s not since you are asked to go to an external site to buy it yourself
