I had been researching reconditioned Agas for ages and took the trip up to John Wray. I couldn’t have been happier. A lively showroom with loads of choice, great salesman in Stuart and order process, delivery and fitting was seamless. I love my blush pink Aga. 💗
We had our gas Aga converted to electricity controls yesterday. Beforehand we Stuart kept in touch by email and clarified what prior work needed doing before the conversion.
Stuart & his colleague arrived promptly and proceeded to dismantle the cooker, fit the electric conversion kit then reassemble it efficiently. They cleaned up after the work, taking all refuse away. We had a comprehensive demonstration about using the control panel and app before they left. They reassured us to contact them should there be any queries or problems.
We had to wait several weeks for the job to be done, but that gave time to arrange for preparatory work to be done.
We had an e-Control AGA fitted in December 2023 and really pleased with the level of service provided. All installed and love using it so far. Stuart and his team looked after us from start to finish. Thanks again guys

The Aga is a brilliant product, I’ve had seven in my lifetime, the last three reconditioned, all bought from John Wray (I’ve moved house a lot!), the latest an electric kit conversion of a classic Aga. I have always been hugely impressed by the service from Stuart and his team at John Wray, they’re extremely knowledgeable about their products, and the installations have been completed with care and efficiency. On their recommendation we have just self-installed an induction hob - it’s awesome. And was so easy to do using Stuart’s YouTube video. Would definitely recommend John Wray Stoves to anyone - and have done so many times!

Bought a re-conditioned Aga which they had converted to electric for us. So much cheaper than new one, and with the electric conversion, more environmentally friendly. It's now the centre point of our kitchen and home. Great service, from the owner Stuart and his whole team - super-friendly and helpful, and cleaned up after themselves - highly recommended!

Great team - but the new owner from 2014 is rude, obnoxious & patronising once they have your money & you have an issue requiring rectification.
