Communication throughout was excellent, everything was clearly explained, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

A special mention to Robbie, who looked after me throughout the process.

He covered all bases, kept me informed and made the entire purchase straightforward and enjoyable. He is a real credit to the dealership.

Having looked at several premium brands before deciding on BMW, the combination of the quality of the car and the level of service made the decision an easy one.

I also reviewed several BMW dealerships around Scotland and UK, John Clark was by far the better experience.

A special mention must go to Robbie, who looked after us throughout. He was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, and made the whole process incredibly straightforward. At no point did we feel pressured, and communication throughout was excellent.

David was very helpful and supportive. He was approachable and answered emails promptly.

The whole process was seamless and Lee turned up on his day off for the car handover. He then spent an hour explaining the new iDrive. Its all about the service! This is the 4th BMW I have bought from John Clark and my 10th overall. I drive 380 mile round trip to do business with John Clark because the service is so much better. It is personal friendly and always helpful. Most of all the service is fair! They have always been fair to me on price part exchange and any extras needed. Don't change guys!

I collected my new iX1 on the 16th September and as this was my first EV I was very anxious and nervous.
Lee Finnegan the sales executive was in charge of the hand over and he immediately took away all my anxiety and was simply just AMAZING.
Lee Finnegan was so very patient, so very helpful and never did he once try and rush me even when I asked the same question twice or three times.
All I can say in a heart beat that any one who gets a new car from John Clarke MUST see that they get Lee Finnegan for the hand over.
