For the most part, I get suggestions directly related to my search criteria. However, there are some job opportunities included that have no relation to my criteria at all.

downside is seeing jobs so many times like Uber.
your competitors use bait and switch quality job that you can't find because you have to wade past the undesirable jobs, also you never find some jobs they use as a banner and it's no where to be found.
