The first set I ordered was great
The first set I ordered was great! And amazing quality.
Second set was missing some pieces but they have been responding and it appears they will be providing all the missing pieces.

A really great item, this item was available from Amazon but I chose to order direct, which was just as quick, cheaper and came with a free gift, which is always a bonus. These blocks are just as much fun as a popular worldwide brand, with just as much selection and a far more customer friendly price. This was not our only purchase from JMBricklayer and it will definitely NOT be our last. 👍👍10 out of 10

Product shipped fast and arrived as expected. The instructions to assemble the build where very clear! Each brick size is labeled in the step, and each step differentiates between new and existing bricks. The build is beautiful and the included light set is just amazing.

Jmbricklayer contacted me immediately regarding my lost package and I believe they will quickly make it right.
We have been lifelong Lego fans and are no longer brand loyal. The connections are super tight, 100% compatible and have great selections. We first stumbled on them when my daughter was searching for a dragon. Really ingenious design from a family who really knows.

As this product was currently out of stock in our Amazon store, it had to be shipped from China, which ought to take 8-15 days. Additionally, with the current peak season for sales, there is a high shipping demand, but we are doing our best to dispatch your order on Nov. 25th.

I'm giving JMBricklayer a 5 (for now…
I'm giving JMBricklayer a 5 (for now but may have to update my review later on). First of all this is the first time building a brick kit/model and I'm sure others who have done similar kits wouldn't have had an issue but here are my thoughts:
1. I did find the instructions a bit confusing. The website stated that videos are available but I couldn't find them.
2. I was missing parts but the good thing is I sent an email and within a minute or two I received an email back with confirmation of parts I was missing and that they would be shipped ASAP. I do understand that with a kit that has over 1000 pieces some may have been missed. It is great to know that the missing parts will be shipped ASAP - now just have to wait for them to finish my kit.
I'm starting my 2nd kit from JMBricklayer and I hope I don't have the same issues.
