The front desk lady makes every effort to do the least amount of work possible. She over promises and under delivers just to get you off the phone. We needed a panoramic xray and referral to a surgeon so we got an appointment, paid for everything then they refused to send the info to the surgeon, claimed they did not do the panoramic and refused to give us the referral. We had to redo everything with another dentist. They also cancel 75% of our teeth cleaning appointments and reschedule 3 months out. So frustrating. They get away with it because they are the only medicade dentist in town.
