From our first visit to the showroom through to ordering, delivery and fitting, everything was smooth and well organised. The team were knowledgeable, straightforward and easy to deal with — no pressure, just good advice.

The vinyl flooring in our hallway looks even better than we’d hoped and has completely lifted the space.

Your company came to my home at the appointed a day and time. Your fitter got on with the job and had it done in no time at all they said it would take three days but he worked late on the second day to finish. An excellent experience, the flooring matches my kitchen, it is easy to keep clean. Well done.

Joe was fantastic. Came round with samples and gave me a great quote. All fitted even though I couldn’t be there and he then sent a video of his completed work. Couldn’t be happier with his service!

The flooring and fitting was quoted at a excellent price. The fitters were 40 minutes late but did phone to tell me they would be. The 2 guys were polite, efficient and extremely fast, it was fascinating to see skilled men at work. The laminate floor looks fantastic and the finishing was great. I would definitely go back.

Very well presented layout in the showroom, plenty of choice, was so happy with the price and service and the fitter did a fantastic job, can't praise them enough. Will definitely use them again.

We haven't bought anything yet, but hats off to both Kai & Kirsty 10/10 (5-star) customer service. Very helpful, pleasant, polite people who tried their hardest to answer all our queries on two recent visits (looking for a specific carpet and Furlong laminates also).
Highly recommended, no hard pressure sell, just good honest advice.

This was the first time iv had to buy carpets. I gave them an idea of what I was looking for and they were able to find me not only the perfect carpet but the exact colour I had in mind. They were reliable, knowledgeable and accommodating. Overall the service and communication has been fantastic and I wouldnt hesitate recommending and using again in the future.

From the moment we entered the shop to the fitting the service was friendly, professional and personal, can’t recommend these guys enough, although I’ll try! They know their stuff and along with their service have great carpets at reasonable prices, will be our go to place in future!

This company is amazing, from start to finish.
They came to measure all the surfaces to cover, bringing some lovely carpet samples.

Sent me very kindly and promptly the quotation, which in today's market is a great show of professionalism.

Once accepted the quote, within one week we went form a classic old carpet, that dated back to the 80s, straight into a modern minimalist style.

The fitters managed everything in 2 days, from removable of the old carpet, to moving of the furniture to fitting of the new carpet, and repositioning of all the furniture. What a great job!

I can't recommend this company enough if you need new carpets, this is the one for you.

They did a fantastic job. Our floor was all over the place and they spent time on its preparation to ensure the finish was perfect We are really pleased with the end result and the service was great. They started the job on time, we were told it would take 3 days, and that’s what happened Well recommend this firm who we will use again in the future 👍
