I was a bit nervous about using a new company, but the last two companies had let me down. I saw the Jim Chimney van working locally (Warwickshire) and I just called the number. Jim was great! Really professional, and easy to talk to. He gave me sound advice and booked me in to not only clean my chimney properly, but to safety check the flu and replace the degraded rope on our stove (we knew it needed changing, but didn’t have a clue how to do it). The service was excellent and he left the lounge immaculate. I would definitely recommend him and in fact I have already done so to several other friends in the village and to family. He will become a regular here for certain. Thanks Jim!
