Mother’s Day Flowers Disappointment
I ordered Mother’s Day flowers from Jilly flowers this year via telephone. I gave clear description of what I would like, requesting a similar arrangement as on their website. I was informed that the price was now £5 extra than advertised on their website, which I accepted as I was happy to support a local business. Wish I had not bothered. The arrangement was pretty, but did not reflect what I had asked for, mirroring example on website. The main bulk of the arrangement was padded out with foliage and lily of the valley, geraniums and carnations. Very disappointed with the overall order. I’m afraid the flower content did not warrant the £25 pounds I had paid for it. Think I’ll go back to M&S next year, sorry Jilly flowers, you have sadly lost a customer in me.
