Very Bad Service

Very Bad Service

I called Ji Estate on Saturday the 24th January at 9:44 am and booked a viewing for Tuesday the 27th January at 11:30 am. My family came from another city especially for this viewing, but no one from Ji Estate showed up.

After waiting for a long time, I called again and was told that there was “nothing booked in the diary.” This is completely unacceptable.

If all calls are recorded, management should listen to the call and take action. Customers time should not be wasted because of such unprofessional behavior.
