Good product, just what I needed and competitive price

Before ordering, I phoned to double check size of product (triangular key for Gewiss electricity distribution board) - I was assured by sales assistant that it was definitely much smaller than the normal meter box keys. When I received the product, I found that it was a standard meter box key size (so totally useless to me). the company agreed to refund the money, but only if I post it back - not practical due to low cost.
I have wasted money due to poor advice from the company

I ordered a 100m reel of 79 strand speaker cable, after checking the tech spec with a customer support person at J Harries to make sure it was as good value as I thought it was. I placed my order and it was delivered within a few days. Excellent service and great value, as this cable is the same spec as much more expensive cable from high end brands.

Goods arrived within a few days. Unfortunately they were incorrect to requirements and therefore returned. The amount charged was credited in full with no argument. Just a shame they were not as advertised on line.
