Excellent service, response to emails has always been good and even when I managed to order the wrong part for my D4 it was exchanged by return
I’ve used JGS for service kits, discs/pads and various parts and have always been happy with the service and products supplied

I've posted a number of product reviews on their site.
I've noticed that anything with less than 5 starts are not posted on the product page.
so be careful buying from these are you don't get the confidence of a true review listing.

I've used these quite a bit now but my confidence has gone so they have lost another customer

Discovery 3 Parts ordered on line Monday afternoon. Arrived in Scotland ( Aberdeen) first thing Wednesday morning. Break Discs, calipers, slide pins and pad springs.

Saved £160 compared to a local factors. Britpart equipment so hopefully British quality.

Woeful and useless customer support even worse when it involves dpd which should stand for despicable parcel delivery unlikely to use again unless they sort out their problems best advice avoid avoid avoid

No phone number to contact customer service. Very unhappy with the quality. Would of called to try and sort the issue but obviously couldn’t,

They sell poor quality parts and are difficult to deal with when they go wrong

I've purchased several engine service kits over the past 3 years and some replacement parts from JGS4x4. Every time it has been delivered quickly with good communication and everything is as expected.

Hi All, went on FB, to ask who used jgs4x4, got replies as spot on so today gave them a try talk about keeping you in the loop on your order place 100%, every step was I informed from placing to dispatch and journey end by dpd to local post office which will be tomorrow give them a try as said Customer Services 100% thank you JGS4X4

I have purchased all sorts over the last 18 months from full Lift kits to Hubs, General Maintenance parts, Accessories, all sorts! I have always had a floorless experience with very fast dispatch time. Fantastic and quick customer service. I have also had faulty items and damaged items upon delivery neither are there fault! One being a Manufacturer issue and the other damaged during delivery but both were dealt with fast and efficiently with new items sent out straight away. They have always been very professional and keen to get any matter resolved.
Highly recommended and I always look on there website first if I need anything for my Land Rover Discovery 2 TD5.

Steering wheel was advertised as suitable for all Land Rover Defender Puma models between 2007 - 2016. It wasn't. It transpires Defenders can come with two different size splines. Seller refused to return because the plastic bag and plain cardboard box had been destroyed. The item was unused as unusable. Despite the requirements of the law to refund for products incorrectly advertised, the seller refused. My options are now dispute resolution or a small court claim but both are difficult as I am located outside mainland UK. The seller could easily replace the box and resell the item but refuses to. I trusted this site but the response I got is I should have checked the item details even though there weren't any further information on the size etc. It is concerning a site like this does not understand steering wheels come in different sizes and these sizes should be listed. It is even more concerning that the site was not apologetic for their mistake or indeed embarrassed.

Bought an iid tool paid Thursday and arrived Friday perfect quick and friendly 100% order again
