I have been using JewelrySupply since early 2019 and have found their website to be more than amazingly reliable and of high standards when it comes to both product quality, customer support, and consumer sales and opportunities. Their review rewards program is an outstanding way to bring people coming back. I have grown tremendously with using JewelrySupply, starting out with silver plated findings and glass seed beads - to finer metals such as Sterling Silver and Gold Filled findings and chains, with natural gemstone beads and fine Swarovski components. Their website has inspired me to grow as an individual with both a mere hobby for jewelry making and crafting to as well as a professional with a growing small business.
The question of reliability and consistency when it comes to product quality, customer support, shipping and packaging (secure, fast shipping, with tremendous product labeling with adequate organization), product description, promo opportunities and product selection is not a question at all, affordable and beyond fair prices, but rather a respectable guarantee.
The only critique I have to offer at this time, is that I have noticed a tremendous decrease of seasonal sales on the website. Their used to be a site-wide sale for nearly each federal and cultural holiday. Since the New Year of 2023, I have noticed quite an absence of holiday and seasonal sales. This is what keeps the site booming with a taste of what they have available as well as a chance to gain more views and customers.
As their site grows even more, I would like to see them adding more products at a consistent rate, I know this has always been a promised goal (to keep adding new and more varietal items), and I'd like to see it fulfilled as we comfortable enter the new decade.
