What a superb service
Having looked on the website I could not find what I wanted in regards to dimension. I emailed Claire on a Sunday and the response time was really impressive. Claire continued to support me throughout the day by answering all my queries extremely quickly.
I purchased 2 citrine geodes that Claire pointed out to me and they are absolutely amazing. The photos and video is nothing compared to the real thing.
I will definitely purchase from here again, to be honest I would not purchase from anywhere else.
Delivery time and packaging was top notch, extremely fast service and very well packaged.

Brilliant, just brilliant.
Browsing the website and we were very impressed with what was available.
Selected an item, placed an order and waited for delivery next day. Arrived all ok. On a pallet and wrapped like you would never believe.
Superb packaging, never expected there to be that much but it has done the job.
Took us over 1/2 an hour before we were able to see whats was inside. 😂😂😂
Fabulous piece and wifey is well impressed.
The geode was bought as a memorial and will be passed down.
I have no hesitation in recommending doing business with Claire. Fantastic products, comprehensive updates of order progress and any questions answered within minutes.

Love this company. Extremely fast and efficient carnt fault them. Bought quite a lot of items in 2020 off them. I decided to get a diffuser and candle holder. Bought a medium rainbow aura quartz druzy cluster as a gift for a friend. I haven’t seen it myself. She is so delighted with it and commented on how much it shines and sparkles. I got your message / review whilst we were away and I did respond via email immediately on receipt of your message but I still haven’t yet heard from you.
When you placed the order you get an automatic email to confirm receipt of the order.
We have now returned from our holiday and I have tried to call you, there is no answer, so have left a voicemail and also text and emailed you but I have still had no response so I’m now replying to this review.
I’m sorry you couldn’t get in touch whilst we were away via the telephone but I did have a very clear banner on the website (every webpage including the check out page) stating that all orders would be dispatched Monday 14th February. I’m sorry you didn’t notice this. Furthermore when the invoice is sent this also advises that the item will be dispatched Monday 14th February.
We are a family run business so when we go away we don’t send any items out and we always clearly advise customers of a dispatch date on the website banner.
Before we left for our holiday due to the storms we had no electricity, phones or internet. When we got back the phone line had been restored this could be a reason why the phone wasn’t working when you tried to call. My mobile was more than likely switched off on holiday.
To advise your item has now been dispatched yesterday and we have sent tracking information to you. I’m still not clear why you wanted to speak with us about your order or what prompted you to leave a 3 star review without receiving the item but now we have responded I assume this satisfies what you were looking to speak about.

I bought this fabulous amethyst geode…
I bought this fabulous amethyst geode Sunday evening and it arrived today. Absolutely amazing and such a prompt delivery. It was a birthday present for my partner, he has always wanted one and I gave it to him tonight as an early present as I just couldn’t keep it hidden away for another 2 weeks. It needs to be on display, emitting all it’s beauty and healing properties. He was reduced to tears when he saw it….. and now it’s sitting next to him with a light showing all its beauty.

I can’t believe how beautiful these are in real life! I bought some lovely beige / brown agate bookends with a gold edge and I was amazed when I opened the parcel! Such good value for money too. The seller was lovely and helpful, even sending me photos of everything she had in stock in that colour so I could choose exactly what I was going to buy. Couldn’t ask for more!
