After contacting them three times for return of the items and refund, they just ignore me probably waiting for 30 days return to pass. Customer support is basically not existing, there is no number to contact. Not to mention additional fees that you get to pay on a «free delivery». They are scammers!

I've bought a ring from this company before and I love it to this day. It's been quite a few years now. And it's still looks the same. Now I have a second ring on order and I'm excited to get that one. I just missed out on some of the savings, not being signed up for emails.

Everything went smoothly, from picking out the ring and choosing the method of payment there were no glitches. I haven’t received it yet so I can’t speak to condition, quality or appearance, however, if it arrives in the same condition as other jewelry I’ve purchased, I’m sure I will be happy.
