Last month we negotiated with JetFinder...

Last month we negotiated with JetFinder to book a private jet. We made full prepayment for a particular jet, but there were some difficulties with the air operator; they did not confirm the flight. We requested a refund from JetFinder. JetFinder confirmed.

JetFinder informed us that they would issue a refund shortly within a week. We reminded them a few times, they apologized for the delay. Now they are not replying us, ignoring us and they still haven't made the refund.

Please, be aware.

Was communicated extremely rudely

Was communicated extremely rudely, told "bye" midway through an enquiry and blocked.
Never been spoken to like that in my entire life. Still in shock.
