Expertise and comfortable
I traveled with my friend Hector to Trinidad & Tobago on September 17, returning on September 22 and both of our flights were fantastic! They were on time and our inflight experience was superb, the flight attendants were so helpful, kind and courteous; we especially have to shout out Katrina, she really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with great concern and kindness; we also appreciated her warmth and good humor, she demonstrated a real commitment to her passengers. We were lucky enough to have her on both our flights! We were amazed to find out the crew on our flight had a total of over 100 years of experience, that is quite impressive! The ground crew in Trinidad was also great; Zahra especially stood out for her solicitous concern for our needs. The cabin was also very comfortable, we really appreciated the generous legroom. We're already looking forward to our next flight on JetBlue!
