The Jet2 process from booking to arriving home was very good. The communication and organisation was excellent. The only issues were the hotel was very clean but basic, breakfast was OK but repetitive. Also issue with return flight after the aborted takeoff and return to stand for 60+ minutes into the afternoon heat no offer of any water.

The return flight was delayed by over two hours, and then we had to wait another two hours for our luggage; I am not happy with this trip.

Too many steps with no handrails - only one lift working the whole time we were there and flight home emphasised on selling duty frees as this was sold before any refreshments so we didn’t get a coffee until nearly 20 mins before we landed

I love how everything is included in your holiday package . It’s very good for luggage allowance and like how there is always some one on hand to help weather it in resort or at home . Always great service and always had a great experience with jet 2 wouldn’t go with any one else .

Jet2 have never let me down and would not travel with anyone else.
The staff are helpful knowledgeable and always available.
Unfortunately my last stay at Gran Bali in Benidorm was not good at all.
I have been to the Bali quite a few times and feel that British people are not welcome.
The Gran Bali is in a nice location and the hotel looks impressive, but that is where it ends.
The lifts are awful, the reception ignores you, and will see to Spanish guests before anyone else.
The rooms are dated and the bath is dangerous to get in and out of.
The location of the Bali is nice and quiet, and the bus service which stops outside is excellent at only 1 euro 60 and you can get off where you want new or old town.
The food is ok and something for everyone. The pool.was full of children as Spanish children's holidays begin in June.
The entertainment was non existent and there used to be daytime music and water aerobics which no longer exist so not a good atmosphere anymore. I would not go back to this hotel.

Seamless service once again. First choice every time.

This was a holiday which we researched, read the reviews and we were so pleased that time paid off. The Seaside Lifestyle resort was the perfect hotel. We booked through the Jet2 app and it was easy to arrange what we wanted. On arrival at the hotel we were welcomed and taken to our room. We had a sunset swim up room. The room was ever so clean and serviced daily and fresh water added to the fridge. Note the sunbeds by the private pool are covered so we used the main pool. The main restaurant was very good and such a nice change to be served bottles of wine and not having to find a machine to get a coffee. The restaurant staff were amazing. Shout out to Stella - she was wonderful and couldn't do enough for you. Note for omelette lovers speak to the chef behind where the pizzas are and you can get them done to order at breakfast. The 3 A La Carte restaurants were amazing - book on the hote app on day 1 and you will get in no problem. Our favourite was the Japanese. We had never had this kind of food before but absolutely loved it so do try it. The main bar is table service and can be busy straight after dinner so be patient and maybe request 2 drinks. Ekin was amazing and knows what you like and often gets your drink before you know you need one! The pools are managed well. Nobody during our time was putting towels out and in fact the resort warn you not too. This allowed for a leisurely breakfast and never a worry finding a bed. A wonderful hotel which we would definitely visit again. Jealous of those who still have this pleasure coming soon.

Our journey to our destination was faultless but our return journey wasn’t the best. Hotel was great, location was exceptional.

All good great holiday .but seats on the plane are not the most comfy but on the way back the seats were absolutely awful and in my opinion not suitable for 4 hours 20 minute flight.my seats were 22a and b.
