This is a fraudulent company. Called the number even. I was even emailed a fake tracking number. Well it was legit, however someone else's, and not to me or from that company. I ordered an Xbox one game and UPS showed the item was 11.30 lbs. Ok there would have to be a lot of games in that package. I found out it was books delivered. They won't respond to my emails. When I called the company it says this is not a busy, this is a residence. I was blown away. Doing fraud on them to get my money back.

I had the same experience - fake tracking number listing a 13.1 lb package for a 2 lb item. PayPal was useless. I went to the FBI web site and reported it as a tip, naming both JerseyEasy and PayPal as perpetrators of the fraud. I encourage all other victims to do the same.

This site is total fraud! They take your money and order and then they get a tracking number from someone else that is in your same zip code so that when the item is shown as delivered they tell paypal or the financial institution you used that they have proof the item was delivered. However ups will let you know that the item was not your name or address so they keep your hard earned money and you have no recourse to prove otherwise. The phone number on their site is not even a complete number. Your account they have you set up before you pay will not even exist after they take your payment. BEWARE!

BUYERS BEWARE!! FRAUDULANT SITE!! STEALING MONEY!!! I purchased a madden 20 game in the amount of 45 dollars on 12/2. Item said it was delivered. False!! They are providing used tracking numbers. PayPal did not refund my money. DO NOT USE PAYPAL EITHER. THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR BACK EVEN THOUGH THERE LOGO IS ON THERE WEBSITE FOR PAYMENT!!! Ups can verbally tell you package wasnt delivered to your adress. PayPal says it was! I have been back and forth with ups and paypal without any success. This is very sad! No one is willing to look into this site! So they WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP STEALING UNTIL IT IS SHUT DOWN!! FURIOUS!!!!!!!

Complete scam! Fraud! Alert your credit card company to get a refund. I ordered my item on 12/2 and it still has not been delivered. Order says “in process.” I’m disappointed that I didn’t read the reviews prior to purchasing. I had just gotten so excited to see the doll that my daughter wanted in stock, that I went for it. I should have known better. I believe in Karma. What goes around comes around.

Seems like it is a continued scam. Me like others ordered from this site, received a tracking number a few days later saying it was out for delivery and delivered. Never got my package, a car seat, says it was 2.9lbs delivered to my city. Tried calling and emailing the company no response and no working number. Called PayPal and they just send me an email denying my case bc it says it was delivered. Calling in a few hours to dispute again bc they told me they would reach out to the company and if they didn’t get a response they would approve my case but apparently the tracking number is all they needed even avfter multiple attempts to tell them it was delivered to someone in my city it wasn’t even to my name or address which is all ups would tell me. And couldn’t give me anything saying it wasn’t delivered to me.

Beware scam. My wife ordered my daughters main Christmas present from here. Never came gave her an old ups tracking number that said it was delivered. Ripping people off at Christmas. These people will burn in the firey depths of hell. How they are allowed to get away with this I don't understand. I feel sorry for all the people who have been taken advantage of. Luckly paypal says they will refund money. Guess I will have to wait ten days to see. If you didn't use paypal and used your bank card or a credit card definitely alert your bank or card company. I have heard they try and charge you for more fake orders. Good luck.Thanks for stealing the only money I had to spend on a gift for my daughter.

I purchase a Graco Play Pin , for my daughter and never received anything . They took 25.48$ out my my account, I should’ve know a play pin couldn’t come out to that low of an price but I trusted this website , this is definitely a scam and I hope and pray that it gets taken down DONT SHOP AT jerseyeasy .com it’s a scam from the pits of hell ...

I wish I had done some research before ordering from Jerseyeasy.com. I bought a doll for my daughter for Christmas. It was her main gift. Ordered the 29th. It said 5-7 (business) days shipping after processing time. I had been waiting and looking for it and thought I would check the status. I was surprised to see that on the 3rd we received a tracking number that stated it was delivered that day and it was not. I punched it in google with UPS tracking and it came up and being delivered to my town, but no address was listed. I thought that was that because PayPal says they won't reimburse if tracking is listed. I e-mailed the seller and never heard anything back. I called UPS today and they weren't able to bring up the order because the tracking number only had 18 digits, not the 19 that are needed to be valid. I just submitted a claim through PayPal after reading the success many of you also had with that. I am hoping we can get a refund. I wish someone would shut the JerseyEasy site down. Thanks for sharing your bad experiences with them so others can be aware. I wish I had thought to look before. JerseyEasy.com is a SCAM! Don't order from them!

STOP this is a fraud. they placed my order, charged the money and gave to PayPal a somebody else tracking number. They know how to trick PayPal. Dec 20, 2019.

I wish I had read this site before I ordered. They took my money and never received what I ordered. I couldn't get a hold of them to see where my order was. They don't even list a complete phone number on their website to contact them.
I am taking action through other means to recoup my funds.

I, along with all others on this site, have been scammed. I agree with all that there is enough evidence for PayPal and Facebook should shut this site down. There is another site also, BuyFast24...do not order from them either. Same scam and I believe the same people. Definitely do not order from either of these companies. I always read reviews when I am buying anything, but made the mistake of not checking out this company first. Won’t make that mistake again.

I wish i would have thought to look at reviews first. Guess i should have known with the prices it was good to be true. Big time SCAM. Do not order anything from this site. Never received what I ordered.

We need to start reporting this Scam to the Authorities, I never got the package I ordered, I don't understand why this site still going on, need to be removed, and start making complaints where ever this company is supposed to be, apparently their bank account still opened and taking our money!!

Very shady business and they are committing mail fraud. I reported the fraud to ups and did a dispute to PayPal. I will also be contacting the attorney general in Michigan and New York, this is getting out of control. I ordered a stroller/carrier which is 33lbs. They mailed an envelope and I had a hard time fighting this.

Same story as everybody else. Made my order on Nov 21st. Was sent confirmation and a tracking number from PayPal saying it would be delivered the next Wednesday. When it claimed to be delivered and I couldn't find the package I called UPS. UPS said that tracking number is valid but not for my address. I thought PayPal had made a mistake because the order said it would take 8-12 business days to process, so I sent them an email to get a status on my order. The email on the site bounced back and I never heard back from the email on PayPal. I decided to give them a couple of days since it was over the Thanksgiving holiday. After a week I found this site and put a PayPal claim on December 7th. I included screenshots of the emails I sent and mentioned that I had talked to UPS about the tracking number. PayPal ruled in my favor on December 17th and will credit my card back. This site is definitely a SCAM!!!

I called ups- they said package is from vineyard vines, weighed 2.9 pounds and and to a different address in same city. Item description on their site has since been taken down and the Description was wrong. PayPal receipt says for tuition and fees and their email is a personal gmail address. I don't know how I missed all of these details for two weeks. Opened dispute with PayPal (not sure how they don't already have this account flagged and shut down after all these reviews) and still waiting for their response. I also took advice of other person and emailed all this info to the Ellie person to let them know it’s their responsibility to investigate with ups and protect their customers. ups said they will share more info with them but not me since I’m not authorized. But said this is common. Included everything In email to her even link to all these reviews here. So annoying. These people have a special place in Hell.
