I did not receive the package
I did not receive the package, I tried to contact the courier, but everything was lost. They ignore me. looks like The courier left the package in a neighboring house where I don't live. This issue has not been resolved. Can I apply for a refund? since I did not receive the goods. And it's not my fault. Although I was at home on the day of delivery, but the courier did not come to my door, this is 100%
