SCAMMERS. I ordered a suit on January 2, 2025 for 49.95 euro. Half an hoor later I wanted to cancel the order, but according to Jenny Mode this was no longer possible because the order had already processen. Until today I havenstad received anything. I have sent several mails and asked for a refund. The reply alwaar indicate that refund is not possible and I have to be patiënt. I am done with these scammers. So please do not place orders on this website.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! SCAMMERS!
They are DROPSHIPPERS and if you want to return your package you must send it to Chine with a Track and Trace code which costs at least EUR 26,- and they claim never having received the package. After lots of mails they offered a first 40% refund but they didn't pay it back and stating that there is a technical issue with their payment system.

I now contacted NietBezorgd.nl and hope they can get my money back. I also learned from them that according to ACM rules Dutch webshops (like Jenny-Mode) are not allowed to give a return address in a foreign country. So Jenny-Mode does not comply with the rules!!!

They do dropshipments. So you order through Jenny Mode but get a package from China. You can better order through Shein or Temu since Jenny Mode does the same. And if you want to have your money back from Jenny Mode when you are not satisfied about the quality they offer you a 25% discount or you need to send it back to China what will cost you around 20EUR. I refused to give them the satisfaction and paid the money to send it back so that i can get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

they are scammers, they lie and talk to you, I paid 100 euros for the jacket, I received nothing, only worthless words, I have already filed a report with the police

It's a scam. Don't buy from this. It's a china dropship site. And I never received my package.

Please do not buy from this company. Purchased a mac, advertised as Zara product, which is not. The quality is so bad that I would not wear it, colour not as advertised and it costed 64 euros. Advised to send back to China for 20-30 Euros ( you pay yourself) or refund of 25% from the price!! Lesson learnt!!

Scam, I did not receive my order!!!

I am extremely frustrated with Jenny Mode. I ordered a jacket on September 14th, and nearly three weeks later, I still haven't received it. The tracking information falsely states that it was delivered, but I have received nothing.

Customer service has been unresponsive, and I feel misled by this company. I advise others to avoid purchasing from them, as their service is severely lacking. I will be reporting this issue to consumer protection authorities.

I have placed a review before to warn people to NOT BUY FROM THIS place. They received my refund in May 2024 and still 12 September have not received my refund, their phone lines dont work and they are unavailable. I have now reported them to the police. I will continue to review and email them. This is scammers, they send you an item that looks nothing like the item purchased and when you return it you never receive your refund. Look at all the people writing reviews that they never received there refund. Disgusting behavior! 18/09/2024 a person named Emma contacted me through an automated message said someone will assist, received this message before. All a big scam, I still have not received my refund. Update 13 October still no refund on following up they are now claiming they have not received my item (I have on email they have received it and my tracking number from post.nl confirms it) I will continue updating the this review hopefully it saves someone money from these scammers.

Do not order or pay - reason when they do not deliver they do not pay back your order - i wait since july for orders Jenny-Mode15558 & #Jenny-Mode15648!
Oh yes each time polite reply on my mails but no action in reality!

I have never felt this way before. What I ordered came directly from Aliexpress. I already had my doubts before I placed the order, but stupid me did it anyway. I have never seen such bad quality shoes. Not to talk about the obvious packaging coming fron some container from China. Terrible mistake buying here. DROPSHIPPERS’ site.

I order a dress. On their site they have address in Nederland.. when you ask for return they ask you to sent the dress to China on your own expense.. is not legal. Be careful! Do not order from this site.

I have tried to contact Jenny Mode via email and phone number multiple times with no luck. Now I saw the various complaints about it being a scam website. I want to return my items and I'm not receiving any answer!! Can we all submit a claim against this website?

Mijn review was eerst erg streng, maar de webshop zocht een oplossing, eind goed al goed!

I wrote a bad review at first, but after customer service contacted me they solved the problem!
All's well that ends well!
