Great company to deal with. Salesman Ryan, gave excellent advice and service, plus superb fitting by Gerry who was most pleasant and helpful.

Had my house fitted throughout with carpets by Gerry at Jem carpets hillington. Great quality carpets and Gerry done a brilliant job throughout. He was efficient , professional and excellent at his job.He done a great job . Lovely guy nothing was a hassle to him. Will definitely be back. Carpets were beautiful .

Recently purchased and had a carpet fitted by Jem Carpets, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The team made everything really easy—from choosing the right carpet to getting it professionally fitted. I'm very happy with the quality of the product—it looks and feels great in the room. Special shoutout to Gerry, who did a fantastic job with the fitting—friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Jem Carpets Hillington!

Just want to say HUGE THANKS ,to Kiernan, at Parkhead Forge Store, for being so so helpful, in my choice of carpets, service superb.. and also to Stevie, David and Steve, the carpet fitters who arrived on time, and made a fantastic job of fitting my carpets to perfection..Would highly recommend Jem at Parkhead, great choices ,and super prices, first time using them, but will be recommending them to friends..

My wife and I have had a brilliant experience with JEM. Big John at the Hillington store has looked after us brilliantly from start to finish. He’s helped save us a fortune when compared to other retailers, but the quality of both carpets and flooring is still absolutely first class.

Our dates changed on an almost daily basis at one point, and John was more than happy to accommodate us, and make sure everything went smoothly.

William the carpet fitter was friendly and courteous, and Tam who fitted our hard flooring has done a perfect job.

All in all, our experience couldn’t really have been any better, you’d be mad to go anywhere else.

very rude and unprofessional, took measurements into the local store, picked my flooring i liked, the staff member gave me a price with fitting seem like they were just making up prices as they did not match the prices they wrote down.

he said they would come out and check. nothing changed on my part even asked about possible getting laminate but they were so uninterested the comment "you have to live with it"

the next day 12/3/25 they phoned up saying we have you measurements the price is .... well the prices went up an extra £150 to what i was already told and when i queried it they tried to make me out a liar and hung the phone up on me mid sentence .

very rude. wastes people's time and do not feel they can be trusted after this .

needless im waiting to have my complaint dealt with .

my measurements where right nothing has changed

3 areas of a very small bedsit . vinyl flooring for a very small kitchen, very small bathroom and entrance area . first quoted me £365 which was material and fitting.

Then went to £450 a few days later after they came out to my home to measure and i made no chnages to the order for the price increase.

Jem Carpets are our go to for carpets and lino. Again great service provided by John at Hillington.
Even better was the carpet fitter - Gerry. He pointed out potential problems before fitting the carpet, and suggested how to rectify them. Also offered to come back with a different door strip as the one provided wasn't quite right. 10/10 for Gerry's expertise, friendly manner and going over and above what is required.

Ordered vinyl from Jem Carpets in Hillington, great service. Friendly, helpful staff and fast delivery.
Gerry who fitted the vinyl was amazing. He did a wonderful job - I couldn't be happier with it. He couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Gerry is the type of trades person you want in your home, providing a professional and quality finish.

The service provided by the carpet fitters was atrocious. They were rude, swore and even had the audacity to throw tools around in a rage. This intimidated my daughter so much she was in tears. When I called the shop to advise of the behaviour, I was told they don't care as the carpet fitters don't work directly for the company. Frankly, not my problem considering we didn't have a choice in who would fit the flooring. Good quality carpets but not worth the hassle

Ordered our lounge carpet and kitchen flooring from Jem Carpets Hillington due to the manufacturer letting us down with delivery had to pick another carpet John looked after us and helped us keeping us totally in the loop when our new carpet and flooring would arrive and be fitted and because of the let down of the first carpet we got an added discount
I can only say John at the Hillington branch looked after us beyond our expectation I would highly recommend Jen Carpets

Used Jem carpets at Hillington Branch Glasgow. The staff were so helpful friendly good advice on carpets and other products I needed,offered me a free carpet measure service which was great done the next day .Neil two Johns all great . Quality of carpet is lovely William came and fitted it very professional great workmanship delighted .from start to finish great service from Jem carpets would highly reccomend this company.

Ordered online for my parents. The lady at customer service was very quick to call to ask me when i wanted delivery.

Unfortunately the product was delivered to my billing address rather than the requested delivery address of my parents.
The lady at customer services dealt with it within ten minutes and had it organised for collection and for it to be redelivered on the same day. Phenominal friendly staff and customer care. Best company i have ever dealt with. Product was great quality and value for money

We had carpeting and vinyl flooring done with the Hillington branch and we couldn't be happier with the service, start to finish.

David talked us through everything and helped us find what was right for us. Neil came to visit the house to check everything was in order and our fitter did a fantastic job.

Went to Hillington branch Brilliant store to deal with. Manager John was brilliant and offered great advice and customer service. We got them fitted by one of there fitters called will who was top quality with his work and workmanship.

If you ever go ask for those two 😁😁

I went in for a bit of vinyl and the guy I dealt with was a Jem. Excellent service and got a discount on the vinyl I got. I’d defo recommend the shop in Paisley. I’ll be going back for any carpet I need in the future. 5* service.

Visted this afternoon looking for carpets and the 2 members of staff didn't even acknowledge I was there let alone ask if they could help me. One was too busy looking at things on his phone. I was looking to carpet my whole house but will go elsewhere. Not impressed.

Excellent service - from booking (very knowledgeable and took lots of time to answer questions) to great fitters (Pat and Willie) who went above and beyond and worked quickly and professionally. Excellent!
