Asks for a $375 per hour fee after…

Asks for a $375 per hour fee after website said free consultation. There may be legalese explaining this, but it rubbed me the wrong way.

The person who responded claiming to be the attorney might have been a legal assistant, paralegal or very junior attorney because only about half my concerns were partially addressed. Date is approximate. I was upset and deleted the correspondence.

In defense of the firm, the senior attorney has a very prestigious skill and ethics rating and they did respond promptly. To me this does not make up for the way the firm was run in relation to my experience.
