10 days passed, nothing received.
I ordered a set of tea boxes on 14th October, confirmed on 14th. A week later, I had not hear about the cargo even it was said that the standard delivery term was 5 days. I contacted to ask for my purchase. Obviously one type of my products, Smokey Russian Caravan was not in their stock and I was not informed about it. They asked my preference and I told them to send the remaining order, this was 3 days ago. Still no update.
These packs are all gifts for friends and family. I need to receive them before 4th November. I definitely regret my purchase, as I still did not receive any of the items. So idea what the Smokey Russian Caravan tastes like! However the team was always nice.
