We did not receive our purchase and I was not contacted by postnod and the package was returned after I seeked support from the store to support in tracking the package.

It’s been 15 days and the products couldn’t travel the 3km from store to store for me to pickup. If I knew where they were, I couldve walked there faster. I went to the storr and asked and they say itll come this week every day for a week. I still haven’t received the 2 sweatpants..

Received clothes that were dirty. Ordered a pink juicy couture tracksuit called JUICY COUTURE Script Velour Wide Track Pants and top. The pants had dirty stains at the bottom and the top had some black stains on it.

They took my money and refuse to pay me back for my return, they don't answer on emails. It's been a month and the return arrived three weeks ago to them, still no money back. How can a company this big have you to pay for a return and ALSO not pay the money back or even answer emails? Worst costumer service. Never ordering from JD ever again!

Hi, do not order from this company. My order has not arrived, and they are not answering on email, and no phone number to contact them.

When I got to the store and tried to get help were the employees not nice. They had an attitude that made me and my friend very uncomfortable. Very bad service.

Show came big size for me and returning costs money too return? Why’s that I’m not paying for a return

Ordered shoes, they sent the wrong size.
Sent them back, ordered the shoes again…and they sent the wrong size AGAIN!

I returned a pair of shoes and the return reached JD the 1st of April. It's been over a month now and they still haven't processed my return, despite confirmation from PostNord that the package arrived. They are hard to get a hold of and I have been referred to several different email addresses. Will never shop there again and don't recommend anyone to do so. Scam!

A week after I placed an ordera d not recieving any notifications ,I went in to the store were I was supposed to pick it up,to check if it was on it’s way..
The order was cancelled without them telling me in any messege. So money back but no shoes. Second time this happens to me ad JD sport.
No messege, and left me hanging for a week when I could have bought new shoes elsewere from a better run company. It will not be a third time..I’m done shopping at JD sports.

On Saturday 18th of January, I popped into JD Sports in Eltham high street, I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max DN trainers for approximately £120 in the sale, I paid for them by card at the till and was quite shocked to then be asked if I would like their draw string bag for my purchase at a cost of 40 pence! I always new them to just give you a bag for your purchase, free of charge, I think it’s absolutely disgusting and shameful to charge their customers for a bag, it’s not like JD Sports are short of money is it? Totally out of order, greedy buggers !

They sent me a zip hoodie but it was a bit torn up so I wanted to send it back but that cost money. So in total i lose about 200 kr to ship it to me and to ship it back to them.

Due to not getting my delivery, I was compensated with a coupon worth 150 euros. I had to call you from Sweden two times which cost me money. The coupon I was given with 150 euros can not be used in Sweden as I went to JD I Mall of Scandinavia. They told me that the coupon could only be used for 150 swedish krona, which is about 15 euros. Could you please solve this issue?
