JD sports sent the item in wrong size
JD sports sent the item in wrong size. I could return it for free, but I really wanted the item. I got 10% discount, which did cover the freight I had to pay the first time. It didn’t, however, get any replacement for the waiting time.

Online service needs work
The website can be better but the delivery system definitely needs work. Be aware that delivery times is at least 10 days if you order online. Also in my experience i never got the update that my order was ready to pick up. I had to check it in my own to know if its ready to be picked up or not.
Products are quite good. Its just the online service is below average
