Items posted separately through evri and Royal Mail evri parcel “damaged” and disposed of how does a box with trainers in get damaged? Rang jd to request they send another pair of trainers which they refused and said they would refund to my payment method so ended up paying £4 delivery for a £33 bag I could of got in store very disappointing service

Ordered click and collect. Didn’t receive any notification it had arrived in store. Went in 10 days after ordering to see if they had the product. They did have it luckily for me. Who knows how long they had it.

Can I give you no stars, ?
1 it is then, i havent recieved my order for my daughters birthday, yet it says it’s been delivered, no photos, no card through the door, not really much email correspondence, so if I’ve missed something, then I will retract this complaint and sleep well regardless but £94 and no product is poor, I’ve had to go and source the clothes elsewhere, but can’t seem to find them, I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this problem, thanks for reading, Danny
