Absolute scam of a business, buys wholesale cars for 1/4 of the price they sell them for. Sells cars for 15k+ with over 135k miles. Just for the to have a bad transmission, motor, major suspension issues or a flood vehicle. Terribly awful customer service, returned a car that was purchased for 27,000 after interest, $15k listing price, where the transmission failed with 92 miles of driving, first time the car was taken on the highway over 55mp. Had the car towed back 2 days later, for them to drive it around a neighborhood 25-35mph (had the car in gps tracker). They claimed the took the car on the highway (they didn't). Was trying to talk my girlfriend into letting them keep the car 24hr where they were trying to perform unauthorized matinenced to make the car seem as if were function able to get a couple payments off of her if not make it go past the time she could return the car. We walked in there very certain we did not want the car and wanted the deal to be unwound, they had service argue that it wasn't broken etc. We returned it on a monday they claimed they would have the down payment sent back via check the following monday, come tuesday no check in the mail nor a phone call, we had to call tuesday the day after they promised the check just for them for them to use stalling tactics and still not issue a check. They also tried to charge the finance payment after the cancellation papers were signed and dated!!!! They are as unprofessional as it gets and cant take a lick of responsibility. NEVER "PURCHASE" A VEHICLE FROM JD BYRIDER IN BOARDMAN. The manager Abby is also a horrible person to be in that position.

Check engine light came on 2 hours after buying car engine blew in the 1st 2 days they kept it for a week only to give it back to me doing the same exact thing idling funny and check engine light back on i am so sick of these people and this car

I have been a customer for many years .The service department is the best and caring shop around They go out of there way to get you safely back on the road. Rory and he's team can't be beat. Our whole car experiences with Jd Byrider Boardman have been rated to us #1. So don't hesitate when wanting to give JD Byrider a try when it's time to car purchase and service it. Its a great experience all around.

Comfortable pressure free experience. I have no credit..had plenty of amazing choices. I can't wait to go home in my new car!

The service was quick and painless. My sales agent was amazing and friendly. He was knowledgeable, genuine and did what he could to get me approved. They worked with my credit issues ! Now because of them, my credit will start to improve.
