I did get a car I am just a little disappointed in the fact the car had been in the shop and I only got to drive it twice I have expressed my concern with service he is doing all he can but I got the car on 7/29 and drove it twice when I tri d to express my feelings with the person who wanted the payment he just could say take it up with service. I just wanted to be heard when their whole thing is we give reliable cars I have not seen that as of yet

I was extremely nervous, when the wife and I got there. We all know the thoughts, there gonna rope us in to a deal and then tell us they need this crazy amount of money down. Wasting my time and theres.
Well i can honestly say, this does not happen here at JD Byrider. Steve, was great, even with me kinda beign a smartass, thinking the worst. I was way off. By the way Steve, thanks for the patients with me, i didn't make it very easy. Dane the sales manager, well lets see, if you have bought a car before well you know the sales manager is the pushy guy. Not the case here, he told us to go test drive the cars and then tell him which one we liked. My wife asked about price, now this is cool on there part. This is what makes this car dealership stand apart from the others. Dane would not tell us the price of anything, its there belief that if you no the price you wont pick what you like. That is so true. After the test drives, we chose our suv. Then the price reveal, it was great. If you need a new ride, i would highly suggest you head here.

Wow...am speechless..definitely the wow factor...i am amazed from the time i was greeted at the door to the end... i first lossed hope and thought this was gonna be a turn down but to my greatest surprise they made it work for me..i drove away so satisfied that I would definitely recommend anyone to JD Byrider. .

We walked in, expecting to be denied. But came out with a vehicle that we love and can afford. Dane and Yvonne, specifically, both made the experience easier. We are glad that we chose JD Byrider!

When I walked in to JD Byrider after spending days going to dealerships and being denied and having them run my credit over and over again, I was defeated. I thought "here is another place that's going to have me look at their cars, fall in love with one and then crush my hopes". So honestly, I didn't even want to look at their inventory. I arrived to this place at around 6:40pm, (they close at 7pm and we left at 11:40pm) I believe it was Friday a year ago. I looked at cars, test drove a few and found a car I always wanted but thought was way out of my budget. Walked in to the Finance Manager's office and he looked at me and smiled and reassured me they would work with me. I did not believe him!! We laughed and talked while he was looking thru my information. After going thru my finances and numbers he gave me a deal I thought was impossible. Not because I couldn't afford it but because I actually could! Payments I could manage, not only that, he gave me advice in other areas of my finances. I was amazed with all the things he knew. 6 months later I checked my credit score just to see where I was and my credit score had gone up so much in those 6 months that I thought I must have been looking at someone else's credit score. Later I talked to Dane (Finance Manager) told him, he laughed and gave me even more tips. I'm still working on following his advice and I'm looking at owning my own house before next year. I had a car accident in December and they fixed my car and left it like new. To be honest, I thank them because they work with me all the time, they not only helped me when every other dealership in town didn't, but they also have guided me on fixing my credit score. So, if you are looking for a dealership to trust, one that we'll keep in mind your needs and situation, one that you can trust 200%, JD Byrider is the place!

It was amazing the people are nice and honest. I walked in and I walked out with my brand new car. Thank you all so much
