3rd trade in was getting 4th after Christmas car broke down in less than 5 hrs before my tow truck got to car on side of country rd was illegally towed by apparent thieves working together my tow 150 to tow 30 minutes to byrider turned into a thief towing 4 miles to impound charging 600 had car under 12 hrs add the tow to byrider and I had to inform byrider I couldn't pay that they would have to get car towed still their car legally that broke down not my fault I was hateful lied to by a rude woman that insisted I owned car because registered to me and they wouldn't get car until I default never bothered to even look me up or she would have seen my 7 yrs on time loyal payments and trade in 4 ready no instead she lied didn't do job and was extremely rude doing it I called back next day got very helpful nice and knowledgeable did her job saw was long term perfect customer was going to talk to her boss and see what could be done to not default not loose great customer I called back 2 days got a man claiming management was rude hateful and didn't bother looking at the kind of customer history I had he was to busy doing not job instead completely disrespected me talked over was hateful and rude wouldn't even try to listen to issue after asking for it basically told me to shut up so he could catch up using mam repeatedly rapidly and spitting the word at me mam is respectful he made it venom and couldn't care less that I nicely called out unacceptable behavior I said you don't need to be rude I need help from so called management solution not disrespect had me in tears refused to look at my account or he would have seen the great loyal customer he was treating like a stray I don't think it would make a difference in behavior management throwing away multi year on time dream customer he had no care no people skills and was just a foul man at heart who throws away good loyal customer losses car another trade in and the rest of his 4000 still owed SMH all cause his fault attitude and mouth should never be allowed to handle customers and certainly no manager worth or knowledge of job thought he was smart when he said he was the top so there's no one higher up over him like I was on his low intelligence level lol ok nobody higher huh what bout them owners listed with fone numbers think they would like to know how his rude girl and obnoxious foul mouthed management are speaking to customers and throwing away cars mony longterm on time loyal customer 7 yrs ready to trade in so threw out sale n mony for several more yrs yeah rude dude n dude the your not owner they definitely Trump no work no skill a** posing as management and not just 1 owner no lol several 1 don't listen call another 1 will and won't be happy yep we see how mouth 1 n 2 hang in there we see how that works for you to horrid people

Just received a 2013 Cherokee and a few days later the check engine light came on. I called and vented professionally to our sales person “Tyler” and he was incredibly helpful! He “listen” “understood and apologized “even tho it wasn’t his fault “. Tyler delivered the promise that JD Byrider stands for! I’m also impress with “Keith” in repair because he’s always has done and incredible job anytime I have brought any of the 7 cars that I have purchased over the years and kept everyone running perfectly! I highly recommend anyone to go see Tyler and Alyssa at JD Byrider because they want do you wrong!! 4 star approval!

I am a first time buyer and I had the best experience with the team at Byrider in Roanoke VA. they were very helpful and friendly and efficient. They went over everything and took there time making sure i was satisfied with the car and made sure i understood the paperwork. After i pay my car off i will be buying another vehicle or two from them and i been telling everyone that I know to go to Byrider in Roanoke VA when they are ready to buy a car. There vehicles are affordable and they have the best price's. The employees are also well spoken and understanding what there customers are looking for in a vehicle and they help you in every way they can to get you a vehicle. I'm satisfied and very happy with my 2010 Mazda 3. Thank you Byrider for the best experience with you. Tyler was very helpful

Does good job and gets car back fast when worked on always nice and reliable and has a good price on things

DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH CNAC PERIOD CNAC OFFICE MANAGEMENT I WONT SAY THE NAME BUT VERY RUDE WANTED TO TALK OVER ME SEVERAL TIMES. SO DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

Do not purchase a vehicle here and please don't let them service your vehicle here. I purchased a 2008 Ford Taurus for my wife from here only because she wanted that particular model of car normally I personally would bypass a buy here pay here lot as the cost of the vehicle exceeds it's value...not even 3 days after we purchased this vehicle the check oil light came on...I personally stopped by 3 times trying to get in and be seen the last time being told to call the business number on the card so they can schedule me an appointment where do they do that at if your vehicle runs out of oil it can and will seize up the engine which leads to another set of problems...I took the vehicle to Berglaund Ford and found that there wasn't hardly any oil in the vehicle less than a quart to be exact...and the break pads where worn down--yet these folks at Byrider had a sticker saying an oil change had been completed ok did you empty the oil and forgot to replace it...bottom line let the buyer beware...when you call in to complain from the General Manager on down to the sales persons are non chalant but miss a payment and they will be at your house with a tow truck to clean up that same vehicle and put it back on the lot.

I bought my car from here 7years ago I have nothing but good things to say about them I needed some work done recently and they repaired it and treated me with the same respect as before thank u guys so much keep up the good work. Ms. Jenkins

Everyone is friendly and gets the work done fast. I don't feel like I'm being cheated like I have at other repair places.

Keith and Michelle back in the service department are the best 2 back there always deal with them have been for many years now.

Setting up an appointment was as easy as making a phonecall. The technicians were helpful and not only addressed all my problems, but also answered any questions I had afterwards. The receptionist was wonderful to talk to and helped me out with all my needs.

It was fast progress everyone was nice and respectful

I love the service department. The staff always goes above and beyond. Wouldn't service my car anywhere else.

Worse decision I ever made was purchasing a vehicle from this place! MY car has been in the service department more then it should and it's still not fixed. junk!Not only am I spending money on deductibles I'm having to take time from work which Is more money

-$125 Take to dealership to scan the computer as to why it wouldn't drive over 15 mph leaving me stranded on tnt road.
-New blinker bulb bc Amber bulbs supposedly rub away over time....
-coolant hoses spewing fluid...replace hoses and heater
-battery
-tires
-starter
-sway bar link
-tensioner pulley
-engine mounts
-Rf Ball joints
-front rotors
-front break pads
-tie end rods
-drive belt
-belt tensioner
-idler pulley
-ac broke bc they tried replacing valveand it broke off inside so I had to replace the line for $250
-airbag light on..have to take to Ford to scan $125 before I could inspect MY car
-2 sensors had to be replaced for $1400
-Key stuck in ignition
-button on gear shift popped out. reason why key is stuck.they glued it in for $25 or can replace for $125.
-now it's misfiring stuttering and I can't get that fixed until a check engine light comes on so they know which cylinder to replace or I can replace all 6 for $80 a piece before labor
-oil it's leaking..took it in a week and a half before Christmas to be fixed and had to leave it there for two days while they waited on the gasket....still leaking oil so now I have to take more time off work to have this fixed...

UPDATE...HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER $250 to fix power stearing Pump and the leaking oil! This car has caused me more money and time then it's worth!!!!
