Working with Carpet One was a good…

Working with Carpet One was a good experience overall. There was some misunderstanding with the removal of furniture from the rooms to be carpeted. The installers were told there would be one or two pieces. However, we had four to five pieces that needed to be removed from the three rooms. The job was done in a timely fashion and we are happy with the work and the look of the carpet. Carpet spot remover was not included at the time of installation, which would have been nice for the inevitable stain.

J C Jacobs staff was excellent to work with and extremely helpful when we had questions. The work they did was the highest quality and we plan to use them again in our bathroom remodel.

The sales people were helpful & inf …

The sales people were helpful & informative, the installation people were respectful & efficient, doing an excellent job. The carpet is wonderful. I would recommend JC Jacobs Carpet One to any one, friends & family, anyone.
