Best survey I have ever seen.
Richard came out promptly, the report was extremely detailed and thorough. I have seen a number of surveys and this really was excellent. It contained lots of pictures in the report to relate to the area's discussed and extremely relevant. This has allowed me to go back to the vendor and renegotiate on issues I would not have been aware of.
The report I received from Jay Surveying was extremely informative and included a great number of photographs. Each issue identified within the property was clearly explained, which helped me make an informed decision about purchasing the property. Thanks again for excellent work.

I recently used Jay Surveying to carry out a RICS survey and valuation. Richard was extremely helpful and was friendly and professional from start to finish. They had a special offer on so I got a real bargain. The report was detailed and very easy to understand and I got it only 2 days after he did the inspection.
