i call northfleet near ebbsfleet fotball club brunch they was so rude to me on the phone to ask a part For my mercedes c class and he was so rude on the phone no good service at all i think they being rude to everyone and whoever employe this kind of people

Was dealt with by an arragont response of a total waste of time as he put it I only needed a quote for car parts of which they advertised we have parts for all cars well if you've a Nissan don't bother!!

Rude,no customer service

Went in hailsham branch and guy was on a lengthy phone call and when that finally finished he had someone on hold so waited for that to finish. When he finally hung up he dialled and made a call to someone totally ignoring me. I was there for about 15 minutes being ignored by guy on phone and staff at the back, so walked out

Thought was great at first

Thought was great at first, order me a new headlight which was completely different to the vehicle had to get a refund, was given the model number of what I needed which I thought was very helpful until I Purchased the new one and MOT failed as was not the right one AGAIN. Won’t be coming back to this place.

Furious

Driver of van reg no FH21 BBK just tried to kill me by pulling out on main road.

I was with speed limit, nothing behind me so why this nob did that God only knows.

When called local branch to complain, was met with arrogance and disdain.

Absolutely furious, will. never use again

disappointing experience

Unfortunately, my experience with this particular supplier was disappointing on both fronts. The customer service team displayed a lack of knowledge and willingness to assist, the parts I received were not only of poor quality but also incompatible with my vehicle, when I sought a refund, I was met with resistance and refusal from them.
This company may offer a competitive prices, but the reality is that low prices often come at the expense of quality and service.

Really poor customer service/communication skills

First let me say I am not a trade customer just Joe public. I phoned to query an invoice at the Harleston branch. The guy who answered the phone was unable to clearly explain to me why the invoice appeared as it did with an additional charge. He passed me to his manager who then tried to explain, when I calmly tried to explain exactly what I was not understanding about the invoice he abruptly cut me off, shouting at me that I was basically an idiot and that his 12 year son could get it (it's basic maths mate!). I'm unconvinced that shouting and patronising is the best way to explain anything let alone do customer services! (Particularly from a manager).

DRIVER SWEARING IN TRAFFIC

Someone has to teach the Jayars drivers how to behave in traffic, the one who delivered parts at SLM Toyota Hastings this morning was swearing at other driver which obviously was not the right way to talk specially with an elderly person which was not that fast how this guy was expected . Horrible words came out from his mouth ,I hope your manager sees this and take action ,you represent this company .

Got to say these guys are great.

Originally ordered parts from an (unnamed) online car parts seller that I though would take a few days to arrive. Turns out they were not uk based, despite the website in English, a .co.uk web address and prices in £ sterling, they are in Germany and items are currently stuck in customs. Great.😩

Popped into Jayar in a panic and they could get the part I needed urgently ( and a fair bit cheaper) and had it shipped to Kent from their Sheffield branch, and it arrived with them in no time.

All that for a £3 gasket that was keeping my car off the road. Now that’s customer service.

I recall using them for something a few years back and they were really helpful then as well so thought it only fair to give them 5 star feedback.

Highly recommend them/ will definitely use them again.
