Jasper is a fantastic product and has changed the way we, as a marketing firm, generate content for Amazon, emails, posts, ads and anything else we need written. it is a time saver for us

Jasper is a fantastic story starter! Having Jasper write intro paragraphs has been super helpful. Even if I don't end up using the text, I can formulate ideas faster with its help. It does a great job at outlines and headlines too. As a blogger, I'm not going to be using it to write all of my text, but it's a great tool when I have writer's block and it helps me brainstorm ideas quickly!

I could not cancel the 5-day free trial (February 15, 2023) without losing all my work, material, and research. I requested to cancel through email and was encouraged to try it and use it for the month remaining to get my money worth $590.00. The cancellation policy does not state that annual plans cannot be refunded for the months remaining. I have canceled my yearly plan, but the refund has been refused. I do not appreciate this type of business practice.

3/23/2023 Update: Carissa - Senior Product Specialist at Jasper, has approved a partial refund. I am pleased with the outcome.

Jasper.ai is absolutely phenomenal! it has taken my content to the next level. I strongly recommend it

This company purposefully uses opaque marketing and purposeful customer journeys to trap 'Free' trial users to pay for subscriptions by not making it easy to go down a flow where you can easily cancel your trial. This is entirely intentional and a cynical product and revenue growth strategy. Basically, straight up unethical business practices.

Update : 20/03 - They have refunded my subscription now, but the practice they employ is still misleading.

My advice to anyone considering a trial is do not, unless you are already convinced you are going to use the product.

On the product experience side, for me I received text unrelated to the inputs that I put in. So I was not happy with the product, this is why I 'cancelled' one day before my trial ended (although I was charged for a months subscription).

I will be reporting to my credit card company to initiate a chargeback, contacting Stripe their payment provider and also the Financial Conduct Authority and Payments Service Regulator in the UK.

I recently had the pleasure of using Jasper, a creative AI writing assistant. I'm so impressed with its capabilities! Not only does it provide unique, engaging content like social media posts, tweets, blog posts and short stories, but it follows instructions without asking questions. It's also ethical - data privacy is taken seriously. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Highly recommend Jasper for all your writing needs!

We couldn't even get started without errors and verifying an email. We used a colleague's account and were severely disappointed. Too many other ChatGPT choices out there for this to be the result.

Jasper is my go-to whenever I'm out of ideas. It's a great tool, it's very helpful, and it generates words at a faster pace than others. It also has a great choice of words and very helpful for writers. However, I wish that it could be more affordable especially when you want to use the document editor. Overall, this is a great tool that I will continue using in the future.

It is an impressive tool for creating texts and copy for our company. Since I discovered it, I have been amazed at the ease with which I can generate quality content in a matter of minutes. Especially the versatility it can offer me for the multiple copy that we must generate daily in our social networks. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, with a wide variety of templates and customization options to adapt the content to the specific needs of my business.

Jasper.ai is a super useful app! My team and I have been using it for about a month now, and we find the user interface very workable, easy to understand and versatile. It's been great to have a very thorough bootcamp to hand, to train the team with, and it's great to have it as a continual reference source. We find that the support team is very responsive and super helpful, and the constant expansion of Jasper.ai is great.

I do wish they futurely will set up a top-up option for credits, as our need for production varies somewhat per week, where it would not benefit us doing the jump to an enterprise package from boss mode, and having a top-up option would make it easier to adjudicate expenses. Otherwise fantastic platform!

Jasper has turned scriptwriting and fiction novel writing into a much easier task by keeping all of my thoughts organized. The ability to bounce ideas around in the Jasper "Chat" function or direct the written content in paragraph form, as well as the rewrite function, makes it easier to keep the flow of the story beats on task. Without AI-Assistance, I could easily type out 5-15 script pages of work a day or draft 5k-10k words of a novel. However, with AI-Assistance, I can write 30-45+ pages of a script or 22k-words of a novel/novella.

Superb tool, worth every penny. Never goes offline like Chatgpt

Jasper has literally changed my life and workflow. I actually love getting to my computer and 'creating' content now, and that is 100% contributed to Jasper. Jasper has excellent customer service and many great tutorial videos and FAQs, and as an AI function, it's what you would expect - good content. If you're looking for an AI content writer, Jasper is fantastic!

There are so many ways to use it and I've lost track of how many hours I've gained back in my life using this service. Well worth the cost of admission and can't wait to see how far Jasper can go with making life easier for content creators everywhere.
