Brought a car 6 mths ago it developed a fault 4 mths later told them about it when the car was in for a service they didn’t diagnose it or anything and are doing nothing about it keep telling me to take it to another dealer it’s not covered under warranty etc etc yet I took out an extended warranty they ain’t worth the paper they are printed on will never again buy from this company no after sales help at all very poor
My previous Subaru was serviced at the Kensington branch in South Australia and on the record they said they had topped the oil up. Within a couple of days the oil light came on so I paid them for something they didn’t do. Same happened to my son with his Nissan Navara they serviced - said had topped up power steering fluid and low and behold his engine light came on with power steering fluid low - again paid for something he didn’t get! Appalling level of service
