Amazing experience, ordered from here 3 times now and always turns up packaged tightly to stop damage to booster boxes. I got in touch with the customer service to amend and order and they got back to me within 24 hours and sorted it out no issues, absolute legends.

I bought 5 inferno x booster packs and every single one had an ocario ex and this can not be a coincidence

I placed an order with Japan2Uk the week before Christmas so one of the busier times of year for them probably. I received my order 5 days later which was packaged up securely and neatly. Upon opening the loose packs id ordered to qualify for free shipping were not included.
I emailed them and received a response the same day saying they would sort and the next day (Christmas eve) received email from royal mail confirming they had my parcel which was received a few days after. Great customer service

Ordered with 24hr delivery and 8 days later still nothing.
Claimed to resolve the problem over email yesterday only to have confirmation today I won't be receiving the item.
