JANOME, MY BAD EXPERIENCE

Janome FD206 came with no spool holder. I outlined my story on product review with no success in help (there were other complaints exactly like mine of people not receiving items). I cannot use the machine as it is without spool holder. Help would be appreciated. All complaints of the same nature, surely has some bearing? (Read same complaints on Product Reviews). I will try here on Trust Pilot. Perhaps I will have better luck. Why buy a sewing machine? if you cannot use it, I ask myself.
