Order a mytee 8070 and got it in three days. When i recieved the unit i thought there was a defect. Called them up and spoke to a human right away. He even went to a unit like mine to confirm that it was normal. Now that's it what im talking about right there. No bots, no over seas conversations, no hit number one to reach this or that person. Straight up conversation with a person. Exspect more orders from me and exspect an order for another mytee lite from a friend!!

Oops I mean great floor wax. Wax was delivered on time and works better than I expected. Who could ask for anything more. I am happy with this product.

Fast in shipping product

I found the ordering process to be easy and accurate. The only glitch was one of the items I ordered was not available. I was contacted immediately by Janilink by phone and given other options. The order arrived fast and as ordered. I give this company 5 stars and would recommend anyone to do business with them.

I have ordered products from Janilink for my employer several times, and have always received prompt, courteous responses, and fast service. If a product is not in stock, a comparable substitute is offered. I will continue to order from Janilink, and wish them continued success in their business!

The ordering process went smoothly and the updates to the status of my order was clearly communicated and addressed prompty. The only thing that slowed me down was determining if the order I placed was the same as the order that I had placed in the past because the name of the item had changed.

I looked all over for a small mop bucket. I wanted something like the professional ones but much smaller and a lot less money. The only one I saw was on Janilink. The site was easy to use and the product came very quickly. It works really well and I'm very happy and will use Janilink again.

This is the 2nd time I've order from Janilink. The return time for both orders for delivery has been excellent. I like the 17qt mop buckets own 2 of them. Along with that I order BLUE THUNDER for cleaning the toilets DOES NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY. Starts out yellow turns blue and leave blue line with stains. Will continue to order from them for other items, but not blue thunder. Prices are good just hate paying shipping wish I drive their to shop for pick up.

Machine worked perfect, shipping was fast, and price was right what else can I say, good company, will do business with them again if the need ever arise in the future.

I call on Janilink a couple times a year for supplies. They are always very helpful and deliver needed supplies on time.

I love the metered mist cans that tye carry. The choice of fragrance is good and Cinnamon Spice is my favorite. Their prices are the best around for these mists.

Been ordering from Janilink for over a year now. they have excellent prices and pretty good service too. I did have a some errors with my orders a couple of times. The only con is delivery can take 3-5 days if using their free delivery service to metro Atlanta. Overall a good company and I'll continue to use them.

My vinly floors needed help. I called and was guided through the entire process of stripping, waxing, cleaning and burnishing. I was told what products to buy and how to save the most money. Now my floors look as good or better than the pros!
