It took a good while to receive the product. There was an issue with payment that I wasn't aware of or notified. I called and asked about it and was notified it was paid and if I still wanted the product sent. I stated I did. Then to find out there was a payment issue. I then reordered the product paying $10 more overall. I also did not receive the two filters for the product so I'm not able to use it until I get the two filters which were supposed to come with the product as stated on the website.

When an order was slow to process, I called and found out the product was discontinued and they did not have enough to fill the total order. They shipped all the remaining product with my permission, adjusted the bill, and handled everything smoothly. I could not be happier--especially since the product was at a FANTASTIC discount.

I use Janilink for marble polishing supplies, they have been fulfilled on a timely manner and provide great quality.

I ordered on Sunday night (regular shipping) and it was delivered to my front door on Wednesday! I buy most of my church's janitorial supplies at Sam's but some things you can't find there. Janilink is the best place to go to get the hard to find items that I need. The price is right and there is no delay in delivery. Actually, items arrive days ahead of schedule.

We originally ordered 40 pieces of one product. We were told that we could take the 35 they had on hand or we'd have to buy a total of 48 direct from the supplier. Not completely satisfied with the way that came across, but we are completely satisfied with the product.The product did arrive within an acceptable period of time. Yes, we would purchase with this company, again.
