I use one of their papers as a foundation piecing paper for my quilting classes. I'm trying to get bulk order, but the customer service person I am "assigned" to deal with is terrible with responses - I have to keep emailing. Put in a $700+ order, which when I opened the box, is not the same weight as what is in the package - brought to their attention . What happened here?? I sent two sheets of paper to a person I was told to send to and am awaiting a response. Also was told that the paper I was trying to order (again in bulk) was totally unavailable (but when I try to order it on the website, it is available). I have copied Adam (who is apparently the CEO) on two of my emails and have not received a reply back from him. Called customer service today (6/4) and was told there are 400+ packages of the paper available. She told me I had to call my assigned sales rep to place the order - which I did - and I had to tell him the paper was in. He told me to order on website, but the website does not permit me to order the amount needed - even he looked at it and said he couldn't figure it out - so he is supposedly calling me back for that issue and also on the issue of the wrong paper weight that was sent on the previous order.

They process your payment instantly, but their logistical backend is entirely broken. I placed an order, they extracted the money immediately, and then went completely silent for almost a week. Zero shipping confirmation, zero tracking information, zero proactive communication.
When you attempt to locate your own package, they force you into a dead-end, broken AI chatbot loop that cannot process basic order numbers or provide human support. A company that brags about 'five-star service' but cannot execute the absolute minimum baseline of providing a USPS tracking number does not deserve to handle professional logistics. If you run a business and require reliable supply chain execution, look elsewhere. They are incompetent.

The quality and price of the cardstock is great, but when my order has been divided in two shipments, one of the shipments is delayed or lost.

They show low, low prices, then later on inform you that you will need to employ them for print services if you want the labels to actually function. Please don't pretend you sell blank media when you don't. Thanks for wasting my time!

For the most part it is very easy to order my labels. However, I would make a suggestion to order the labels by pack and not by individuals and mathing the packs out. I always have to math it out. You used to be able to order by how many packs you needed. It was much easier in the past to order that way, otherwise, The company is very easy to deal with, ships fast. We are very pleased with the product.

UPDATE 1/6/2026: I spoke with Elizabeth in Customer Service who acknowledged my complaint and advised that changes have been made. I will update this review for better or worse after my next order.
"Where do I start? We ordered 1000 A7 gold foil envelopes on November 15, 2025. These were for a holiday marketing campaign for my business. The envelopes arrive on November 22, 2025 and they are A2! Waaay smaller! Completely inappropriate for my needs. I immediately reached out to "Patrick" at Envelopes.com. Patrick does absolutely nothing to try to rectify the matter by maybe sending along the correct envelopes. Patrick instead has the nerve to ask me to TAKE A PHOTO OF THE ENVELOPES THAT THEY SENT AND SEND IT TO HIM! Since it was obvious that Patrick was not in a "customer service" mood, I went ahead and requested a full refund and had to expedite an order from Amazon to keep from blowing my entire marketing campaign. Fortunately, Amazon actually sent the correct envelopes in a timely fashion, although at a slightly higher price, and the campaign was salvaged. I had to lug the A2 envelopes, which I never ordered, BACK TO UPS AND SHIP THEM BACK TO ENVELOPES.COM But here is the "hum-dinger" - today is December 27, 2025, and Envelopes.com STILL has not refunded me for the wrong envelopes that they sent! For pity's sake, do NOT use this terrible company! I am not sure what kind of Minions are in charge, but there are SO MANY OTHER COMPANIES out there who ACTUALLY VALUE your business. Amazon is exponentially larger, but I have gotten much better service from them or even Walmart.com. "
