Excellent Level 3 Survey experience
Stephen carried out our Level 3 survey back in January and was excellent throughout. He was very prompt and responsive when organising the survey. When he was unable to access a certain part of the house on the first visit, he was more than willing to spend additional time and return to complete the inspection, which we really appreciated.
The survey itself was extremely thorough and detailed, and the inclusion of photographs was particularly helpful. Stephen was clear and transparent about the condition of the house and highlighted issues without ambiguity.
The price of the survey was very reasonable, especially considering how thorough it was. Even after the report was completed, Stephen was more than happy to offer support and talk us through the findings, making sure you fully understood everything. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending him and the company.
