I LOVE LOVE my JM jewelry! And the customer service is fantastic! I bought the large pearl bracelet for my daughter for her transition and it broke one week in. I am sure that was just a fluke as my pieces are all great quality. But the team at JM replaced it for us! She loves it. And I think I might need to twin with her!😉 I also have the chunky cross bracelet and necklace and another stacking set (bracelets) and I love them all! Thanks JM for creating such beautiful jewelry and offering such great customer service 🥰!

Honestly, this company’s customer service department is second to none! Fastest response time I’ve ever experienced on a missing package, which wasn’t even their fault. I waited a while to write this so I could give an honest review on quality & durability. I purchased the Chunky Pearl Necklace & Pearl Lock Bracelet several months ago, & they’ve quickly become staples in my everyday jewelry collection. One of my favorite things about them is that they’re waterproof! I can wear them poolside, at the beach, or throughout my daily routine without needing to take them off.

After months of wear, they still look beautiful and I haven’t had any issues with quality or durability. The pieces are versatile enough to elevate a dressed-up look, but they’re just as perfect with a simple, casual outfit.

I've ordered at least 20 pieces from JM. Both for myself and for friends and family. Their pieces are beautiful and look much more expensive than they are. I've worn pieces for YEARS and they still look just as beautiful as when I first purchased them. You won't be disappointed with JM (also their customer service is superb)!

I ordered the first piece and was pleasantly impressed with the quality and substantial weight of the piece. It was a gift and she loves it!
