Expect your order to arrive next season

This store is ridiculous, the delivery times are insanely long, you might have heard that children grow...so order one size bigger as the items will arrive about a months later.

They don't send you a proper tracking link in a timely manner, they are just a typical german company that does what ever they want because their system is not up to modern standards...and as usual the customer gets no decent support beyond a polite email full of promises and no helpful information.

I place an order on the 13th of October...today 1st of November they send me the tracking link and my invoice...is just ridiculous this people are still in business.

And now they reply that I should contact their customer service...Why do I need to use my time to hear excuses of a poor service? it is this type of behaviour causes companies to cease to exist and give power to huge ones to take over...get your job done before you make your customers annoyed.

It was the terrible experience with…

It was not the best experience with this company . I got the voucher for the subscription and then used it for a kids bike. And they sent me one with small damage and even without any original packaging. Throw me it like I wasn’t good enough to get a new product. And instead of change it for the adequate product and bring me apologize they just reply me to return the bike back . Absolutely do not value the customers!!!

The representatives contacted me and we agreed on extra discount, thank you very much.

They sent me a used kids chair and for 8 month I cannot get money back

In 2022 I order a chair for a child that costed me almost 300€. The chair arrived damaged, in a completely different color without package, etc. Jako-p simply sent me the used incomplete chair. Of course, I want my money back. Until now I cannot get my money back.
The customer support takes 2-3 months to reply to my request . Every time they provide me new information. It looks like a mess in this organization.
Now I’ll go to the court to get my money back.

Crap customer service and happy to make you pay for their mistakes

I generally love their clothes but had a very bad experience with their customer service. They made a mistake and refunded me for a shirt as well as sending me a replacement. I was happy to pay them back but wanted to do so via PayPal (as they used PayPal to refund me) rather than doing a bank transfer which would have cost me an international transfer fee amounting to almost half the refunded amount. They were utterly inflexible therefore forcing me to pay for THEIR mistake.

Extremely bad customer support!
I ordered flippers for my child size 25-31. They sent me 27-31. I sent them a screenshot and photo of the delivered product. After a waiting period I received an answer that they will send me 25-31. I asked them if they are 100% sure that they do have this size at all. After a waiting period they informed me that they have to check with their sales department. I have now been waiting over 2 WEEKS for an answer! What a joke and never again!
