I cannot recommend buying a jacuzzi tub for the following reasons: shabby parts (had to replace the panel / cover twice; panel delivered to my house was broken. First motor did not work. Had to order... See more

Only do walk-in showers
Came to house. Only do showers. Commercial says bath remodel. I want bath. Only have one bathroom. Don’t want to lose tub
PLEASE STOP USING BRAINWASHING PATTERNS…
PLEASE STOP USING BRAINWASHING PATTERNS IN YOUR COMMERCIALS!!! 😡
I called the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel phone…
I called the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel phone number and left a message. A different company called me back. Apparently they just just act as a broker, selling your phone number to other companies. They advertised "no labor installation cost". The company calling me back offered "1/4 off labor installation cost". After cancelling they persisted in harassing phone calls.
They didn't level the door track bar…
They didn't level the door track bar right and now we have to put a washcloth behind the door to keep it shut because it rolls open by itself. Upon asking them to fix it they flat out said they can't because it was so small of a difference! Im sorry but for the price we paid for the new shower i expected better. I am angry and I think since they claim they can't fix it they should be taking a big chunk of money off the cost that we paid/paying on
The date is a huge estimate as i don't remember when it was installed.
First of all i have some issues.
First of all, I think they should have the customer sit in the tub and see where they want the bars. Ours are very inconvenient. They can't move them or we would have holes in the wall. Second, we have had trim pieces fall off. Also they took our alarm peice off and drilled it to the wall. Before it was on the window, we didn't need more drilling in to the wall.
Installer did a good job except for working with us on the bars. It's very expensive so you expect excellent service and equipment. Also the front panel is loose but the guy said nothing he can do about that either.
High pressure sales & Christina has to go…
We had considered getting Jacuzzi to update our bath; that is until tv was bombarded by Christina hawking the company. Her spraddle-legged, high pitched delivery is soooo annoying, we turn her off each time the ads appear. We are going with another company. Enough of so called models - get a real person to speak. GM
Sooooo terrible
These commercials with christinas HORRIFIC voice. What are they thinking.
Untrustworthy management
Well, where do I start. Justin the operations manager was a family member and I have known him for 30 years. I helped many times in situations that he dug himself into and almost wound up homeless. Every business he started failed due to poor management and choices. I helped him so much not only supporting him with money but actually working with him for minimum wages. I paid all his bills. I took care of him when he was dx with a debilitating disease. I can go on and on. He took all my money and then accepted more money over a period of 5 years. He has no morals nor a conscious. He is now representing this company and will do the same thing to them. I have tried to warn them but they don't care. They hired an untrustworthy man and whatever they get so be it. He can sell the Brooklyn Bridge alright but he can't fool the universe. Whatever goes around surely comes around and it will and I have told him that. Beware of this company and read reviews on all forums as they are mostly bad. Blessings to all as u will need them. Below r some negative reviews.

Overpriced. Costco is misleading their customers with Jucuzzi Bath Remodel
I'm surprised Costo is partnered with this company. They are not a cost effective solution.
Salesman came to my home. Had a very fancy presentation. Quoted me nearly $30K to do 2 small bathrooms with Acrylic material that looks cheap compared to tile. The quote wa crazy I told him. I hired another bathroom renovation company in Calgary, AB for $17 K did the job with tile.
I did a quote review
I did a quote review. Lady showed up and quoted $23,000 for one walk in bath, complete with mood lights and scent producers. Needless to say, even with installation costs removed and no payments for a year, doing this at this price seemed ridiculous. So I found a walk in shower at Home Depot and I bought two of them for $4000, and had them both installed by a local contractor for $2200! Beautiful job and and perfect installation. Don't be fooled, Jacuzzi is a ripoff.
I think it's pretty cool that this…
I think it's pretty cool that this company gave a special needs person a spot on there commercial, I think her name was Christina, anyway I don't think that people with mental illnesses like her get very many opportunities so kudos to you guys.
The commercial you have advertising…
The commercial you have advertising when the woman in green puts her hands over her face and starts screaming when she sees her new tub / shower it's ridiculous every time I see it I cringe I see it at least four or five times a day. That part of the commercials irritating just my opinion
Jacuzzi Promotion Bath remodel is deceptive advertising be careful
The promotion being offered by Jacuzzi, One Day Bathroom Remodel, with All Installation Costs Waived and One Year No Interest is deceptive advertising be careful. I did not receive any savings from PJ Fitzpatrick the authorized reseller and the 1 year no interest offer was not extended to me even though I chose that option.
The quality of the materials do not justify the cost and the workmanship of the installation by the authorized reseller/installer PJ Fitzpatrick was shoddy and not completed correctly. It was also done over 3 months after I put 25% down to get an "accelerated" installation. The installer for the authorized reseller PJ Fitzpatrick also demanded payment in full even though there were serious workmanship issues and I was not satisfied with the job or he would not leave my home at 11pm at night when they finished. I did not find this to be a reputable company I would want to work with again.
In addition, the installer broke the alarm sensor wire and I have scheduled the alarm company to come in to replace. Nothing in this process went well, I drastically overpaid, the accelerated installation was a scam, the promotions were not extended to me, the products are subpar, the workmanship is shoddy, the business practices shady, and the entire experience leaves me with something I hate. The one thing I really wanted, I didn't get, a new Jacuzzi, I have been a loyal customer and used Jacuzzi tubs for over 30 years and the one they installed was the cheapest low budget model that does not compare to the models I have used for over 30 years. I wish I had my old one back.
To ALL Homeowners...
To ALL Homeowners.... It's called buyer BEWARE!!! We decided NOT to go for this scam after contacting the company and asking important questions before meeting with a sales associate. When I use the word scam it means not representing your company or yourself in total truthfulness or hem hauling around the truth. It seems as though complete honesty and trustworthiness has gone MIA especially since all these social media influencers who lie about products that they say are miraculous on their health, skin, etc. Then we have to deal with AI technology that really goes beyond deceit and fraud. I call BULL S**T!!! We all need to be weary of all sale tactics and REMEMBER NO ONE can force you to buy something or sign on the dotted line. This is your home and its your due diligence to make sure you are getting the right information and the right pricing before you meet with a sales associate & sign anything. Do your homework and research all information and the questions you should ask customer service who are supposed to be trained in giving you as much correct information as possible before scheduling a time and place to meet their sales associate. Especially ask of they have their own company installers or will it be a 3rd Party contractor????Which it seems EVERY company is using these days. Tell them you want to know the installers contact information before the install and especially before the demolition so you can check their credentials. If they can't or won't supply it then DON'T BUY OR SIGN!!! These contractors could care less about the install as they will put their mistakes on your back to make sure the problems will be corrected. They aren't going to be honest and own up to mistakes willingly. ALWAYS get reviews from a TRUSTWORTHY site or BBB and do your homework. Think about it, would you really want someone to come in and do your bathroom in a 10 - 12 hr. Install? Do you think that they are going to give your bathroom their full attention to every detail without taking shortcuts???? I am sorry, but my bathroom is my sanctuary to come and relax in. NOT to jump in and get out in a couple of minutes. You might as well have a waterhose from your backyard as a shower. REPORT them to the FTC and before you sign anything get your biggest magnifying glass
and READ the Willy Wonka print at the bottom, because that's where they state "Not All Things Appear As They Look Or Should Be Suckers" in more formal law written verbiage, but basically the same meaning. REPORT THEM & GOOD LUCK 👍
This company is bad I had a shower…
This company is bad I had a shower installed for 12,657 it's a basic install nothing fancy they are reaping people off big time this is a scam and should be criminal don't use this company
Save your money and a headache do not use Jacuzzi tub conversion
For 20k you would expect them to listen and pay attention to details. I’m not even mad that they forgot to seal the shower door track and had to come back and do so.
We told the salesman and the installers that the walk in tub we had in the bathroom could be removed as one piece. Our door opening at the smallest point is 27’. The tub we had was made to go through a door as small as 23”, as it was the petit model. I will add we were home all day and not once did they come to us with any issue. In the afternoon my husband walked out front and saw they cut the expensive walk in tub. I thought he was kidding around and was not happy to see they actually did, again without coming to us. When questioned they said it didn’t fit and they could see that we took the door frame off to get it in. Funny because they weren’t here when it was installed 8 years ago and we didn’t have to take the frame off. Also after they left the outlet in that bathroom no longer worked. We called and questioned how they terminated the electrical connection to the walk in tub and they couldn’t tell us. They told us to call an electrician. We later found that the wires were still connected in the GFIC it was connected to and again we have no idea if they just left them under the shower pan. Thankfully my husband disconnected the wiring all together and now it works. I brought the destruction of our walk in tub to the customer satisfaction persons attention, who called right after the install and again to the attention of the second CSR I spoke to days later and still no reply. I also didn’t ask for the full cost of the tub but did ask for some sort of refund as that was a 6k tub they destroyed. A week later now and still no reply from Jacuzzi after several calls and emails.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY PRESSURE HANDICAP PEOPLE I TO BUYING MAKING THEM THINK THEY HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE NOT TO MENTION THEY PUT UP 2 PIECES OF DRYWALL AND THEN TOLD US HIRE A DRYWALL GUY. THEY CHARGED MY HANDICAP FATHER IN LAW $13,000 RUN
DON'T USE THEM!!!
I am a widow attempting to finish projects left by my late husband. In January they pressured me to take their special offer. In February they brought the wrong sized pan and tried to get me to use it. In April they finally brought the right size, but didn't want to do the full demo I'd paid for. They damaged my drywall in demo. They fixed it but didn't paint. I am finally getting shower doors put on (by someone else) today, but I have had water seeping out underneath the pan or in the wall three times. They were supposed to be here Saturday but Giovani, supposedly my project manager, won't keep his word and the guy never showed on Saturday when Giovani had promised. I am still waiting to hear back. My sales rep said they will have to pay to completely redo the whole thing and reinstall my glass doors if they can every come and find the intermittent leak.
bad experience
I had a bad experience at the Victoria Street location in Kitchener. Very rude and unhelpful.
Christina's delivery on tv commercials…
Christina's delivery on tv commercials is horrible. Take her off!!! Someone needs to teach her how to talk on a commercial. I change the channel just to avoid hearing her talk, or is she reading???
