I would give them ZERO STARS
I would give them ZERO STARS. Sales person wanted to record conversation (which I didn't consent)
I found them to be overpriced. Used old, pushy sales tactics thinking that they can take advantage of senior citizens. The "consultant" wanted me to "sign right here, right NOW, otherwise this offer leaves with me" I showed him to the door.
This should be "ZERO"!
I would have given it a "ZERO" but they didn't have it. They reached out to us and set an appointment for Saturday at 2 pm. At 2:18 pm I called customer service and was told they would be calling us back within a few minutes. At 2:40 pm they returned call only to tell us they couldn't make it. Wanted to reschedule for the following Monday at 2pm or 4pm. Doesn't work for us we work. WE WILL DEFINETLY NOT BE BYING FROM THIS COMPANY! Wasted effort in preparing for them to come. NO CALL NO SHOW and we had to call them.

Don’t waist your time getting an estimate. I got halfway through the presentation and read the average price was 16-18,000.00 for taking a tub enclosure out, and putting a new shower in. I asked the rep to leave, before seeing samples, and getting a price.
Follow up to my April 6
Follow up to my April 6, 2026 review. Still have not heard back from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. Discrepancies: installer said he installed the shower chair at the height of my toilet (18 inches). I had requested he speak to me before installation-he did not. The chair was installed at 14 inches! Secondly, when installing the chair he knocked through the wall of the master bedroom. Obviously they have not been repaired by Jacuzzi.
To keep the update on schedule I had to hire an additional contractor ( more $$$) to fix the wall and raise the chair to the 19 inches (5 inches)
it needs to be.
I resent being told there is no middle man, the buck stops with Jacuzzi and one only has to call Jacuzzi.
Yes, it does stop with Jacuzzi because they never get back to me.
My recommendation is DO NOT USE JACUZZI BATH REMODEL.
Pushy sales guy
Just had someone come to give us a quote. Spent 2 hours talking our ears off and would not leave when we said we needed time to think about it. Kept just offering 10% off - then a whole 3K off to get us to commit. Completely pushy sales pitch
Instalation may be free but bait &switch
Instalation may be free but they over charge for everything else. Instalation only covers the walls and accessories that they sell. Any plumbing electrical or structural work is all outsourced and is NOT covered under their Instalation cost. they don't tell you that.

No communication and difficult to contact anyone. They don't respond to voice messages and not to emails. The work ended 7 months ago, yes 7 months ago and no final inspection scheduled. If you hire this company, hire an attorney also.
I will never get this service
I will never get this service, and this is a reason why. They interrupt my lifetime movie more than they should. How would they feel if they went to a movie Theater, and it was constant commercials or how would they feel sitting in their living room after working all day and their commercial constantly came on during the two hour movie. How would they feel if they were in a movie Theater, snd someone kept kicking their chair, or talking. This is exactly how it feels. It's extremely frustrating. I as well as so many of my friends, decided that we will never buy from these companies that annoy us, just for us to watch a movie. It's gotten to the point that I could recite this commercial. Geez!

I reached out to Costco in hopes of going with Jacuzzi for my bathroom remodel. A very nice gentleman came out, gave his VERY LONG used-car-salesman style presentation, and the pricing was simply out of my budget for a home I’m renting out. He assured me that he was giving me the absolute BEST price he could offer and that, unlike other companies, I would not have the typical “I talked to my manager and we can lower the price” conversation after the fact.
Today I got a call from Jacuzzi wanting to hear how the consultation had gone. I was honest and said that it had gone well, but that it was simply out of my budget for now. They then proceeded to try to get me to meet again with a “senior design manager”, assuring me that they could lower the price. I said I wasn’t interested. They then told me senior managers would be in my area the next day….I said I wasn’t interested. They then started giving me times I could meet with senior managers… I said I wasn’t interested. They offered a fourth time…I again said I wasn’t interested and just hung up. I have never had such an unprofessional PUSHY conversation with a company in my life. Learn to accept “no” as an answer.
Jacuzzi is most unreliable!
This is one of the worst companies we've ever had to deal with. Quick to do a sale but installer is crap.
4 months and they are still trying to get it right. Customer service socks, you will have to threaten legal action just to get someone to call back. If we could get out of doing it with this company we would have. Go the local route for your walk in shower, don't trust Jacuzzi or their installers.

Jacuzzi of Portland stole $3000 from my elderly friend. My friend Evelyn saw a Jacuzzi of Portland bathroom remodel commercial on TV and decided to call them. A salesperson came to her home and presented a hard sale to replace a walk-in tub in her new home. She was not presented with an estimate, only numbers scribbled on a piece of paper. She was originally quoted $25,000 to remove the tub and replace it with a shower. She “negotiated" the price down to $20,000 and wrote them a check for $10,000! Again, she is elderly, doesn't use technology at all, no cell phone, no computer, no email. She doesn't remember signing anything and was not given a contract. She doesn't even know the name of the salesperson. Luckily, her next door neighbor heard about it and started asking questions. Once he figured out what happened, he suggested she cancel because he knew she had been the victim of an unscrupulous company. When she called to cancel, Jacuzzi informed her there was a cancellation fee and would keep $3000 of her money. Of course, after hearing this, she was distraught, upset, and didn't understand why. She was told it was all in the contract she signed. It turns out, she signed an electronic contract but didn't understand what she did. She definitely wasn't given the chance to read it. She asked to have a copy of the contract sent to her, but they refused. She has since moved forward with the bathroom remodel with a reputable company. For the same price, she is having the tub replaced with a shower, her old small standing shower removed, new heated flooring installed, a new safer, taller toilet installed, a new vanity and sink installed, and hardwood flooring installed in the attached walk-in closet. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Jacuzzi of Portland!
Way overpriced
Way overpriced! They wanted 18k to replace my tub and shower enclosure, I am a licensed general contractor and can do it for 10% of that. I gave them false trust as it was through Costco, they need to find who's doing thier pricing and slap the Crack pipe out of thier hand
I think I dodged a bullet been waiting…
I think I dodged a bullet been waiting for a scheduled appointment for an Estimate, for 2:00 PM today and they just cancelled no one in my area was the excuse. Well-being a retired contractor one hour notice to cancel is unacceptable. I have decided to get an estimate from someone else, more reliable.
Never use jacuzzi bath remodel
Hi, back in October 2025, I reached out to Jacuzzi Bath Remodel about 2 bathroom remodels. An agent from Dreamstyle Renovo Home Partners was sent to our house from Jacuzzi. The financing was done through their associate company, Greensky. After being approved, our construction date was set for the Jan 4th 2026. We were informed that Dreamstyle was no longer in business without warning, leaving everyone doing business with them hanging. Greensky refuses to take our loan of $14163 off our credit report. No work was ever done on our house. Terrible company and terrible experience.
Ridiculously overpriced
Took 90 minutes of our time, to hit us with an 18K estimate!!! Also highly discouraged us from using small contractors. We used a small contractor, and got what we wanted for 4$!!!! This place is the biggest ripoff, DON’T FALL FOR THEIR COMMERCIALS AND SALES PITCH.
I got a contract for to walking showers…
I got a contract for to walking showers to be priced around 15,000 dollars. The installation was done in a day although the city had not given the permit to start the remodel. Now a week later, the one bathroom that was done is leaking from the wall and the bottom base. They are using cheap product to make it look like granite and plastered in silicone. They’ve yet to show up to do the second bathroom and I don’t think am gonna let them finish the job. I don’t understand why would Costco would partner with this company when they are a scam. Very poor quality work and product.
Unacceptable Installation Quality and Customer Service from Jacuzzi
We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Jacuzzi. Our new bath was installed on February 24–25, and although the installation was completed in two days, the workmanship and follow‑up service have been unacceptable.
Right after installation, we found two major issues:
• Very low hot water flow — the previous tub had normal pressure, and the sink next to it still does.
• Crooked drain installation — a clear quality problem.
The installers acknowledged both issues, yet getting anyone to fix them has been nearly impossible. After multiple calls, a plumber was scheduled for March 1, but he never showed up. When we called again on March 24, we were given vague promises with no real action. We are still left with a defective, brand‑new tub.
For the price and the reputation of Jacuzzi, this lack of accountability is shocking. At this point, we cannot recommend their installation services.

The installers were very professional showed up on time and covered everything so no dust or damage cleaned up afterwards job look 1 day like they said job came out perfect the salesman David explained everything I'd recommend and use them anytime
